First time seeing this ever. Of course, the price went out of reach very quickly. Sigh...

I saw this too, but missed the ending price. Do you recall what it went for?

Y'know, I must have skimmed over hundreds of these and never realized they shot caps. Now that's a throwback for me.

Y'know, I must have skimmed over hundreds of these and never realized they shot caps. Now that's a throwback for me. I actually have one of these (the Arco "Ro-Gun version pictured). It was later rebranded and reboxed as the Gobots Ro-Gun by Tonka. It really is a very cool toy. All plastic but the mechanism to fire the caps is metal. It actually takes two old school ring caps side by side (yes, a double barreled shotgun!) and they fire smoothly. The toy has no articulation but in robot mode is at least a foot tall, and gun mode it stretches out even longer. Towers over a lot of toys you can think of. Really a killer toy to play with and they are super cheap to buy. They have a tendency to split at the chest/shoulder joints over time due to the springs forcing the screws to lose grip or the joints to snap (if you've ever owned a Galactic Man/G1 Shockwave/KO the design on that area is the same and this suffers the same problem). Other than that the plastic is really good quality and the toy is super durable.

Thats right, Rogun was from the Gobots. Weird that Rogun was never on the cartoon. Now was Rogun considered a good guy or bad guy?

Roguns are neither good nor bad, it's the person behind the rotrigger you have to worry about.

I just picked one of these roguns up not too long ago bout same condition as picture. Also have the rogun blazer made by mattel very close to this rogun but little different in a factory sealed box. They are nice robots I like them for their size.
