the white plastic is a pearlescent type. Kind of off-white with sparkle bits in it... not sure how else to describe it. The surface does have a glossy finish to it.

I'm hoping that S (Sentinel) Gundam will make it into the GFF MC (or SHCM Pro) lineup. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

got mine toda! and the finish is superb.. its abs plastic all around no chance of yellowing.. except maybe the pvc hands...... so far i wish he had double jointed elbows but other then that......... fantastic. Weapons also have panel line wash..... great figure

Well when I noticed ami ami had 1 GFFMC Unicorn left and the 50% off shipping was still going on I caved and I got today and I'm glad I did. The finish is beautiful, the weapons awesome. Minor complaint is the armor panels are a bit finicky, but I guess that's too be expected with all of the moving parts. Expect a full pictorial review once my midterms are over. Stay tuned!

I really want a Unicorn, but the current price is tough to swallow for what you get. I'm hoping for a decent sale down the line for it, which seems unlikely in the foreseeable future with it selling well. I'm also hoping for reissues on the two Psycho Gundams sometime down the line. They're both hard to find now, especially the first one. EDIT: I'd also be down for a 00 Raiser with GN Sword III Metal Composite too. I had recently been looking to get the Robot Damashii version, but I'd much prefer a 1/100 diecast version instead. Get on it Bandai.  On the same topic, I recently got the RX-78 w/ G-Fighter and Zeta Plus (blue version), the latter from eriku. I'm really happy with both, especially the Zeta Plus. The thing's utterly massive with all the boosters on. |

I read on Ngee Khiong that Bandai's coming out with a "special version" GFFMC Unicorn Gundam in November. I'm kind of bummed, as I just got a not-so-special one just a week or so ago. =[

This special version is going to be 19600yen. (the normal version was 18900 yen)
