Causality is a subline under the same crossfire team. Basically a line for individual bots that aren't add on or combiners. It just so happens that the first two in the line are repaints and the combining ports have not been removed, so you can still use them as combiners. There are plans for seven individual bots, the next three being the insecticons. Last two remains unknown for now.

I just picked up the Grand Patriot STC-GP set. It's on sale at TFsource. I must say that I was pretty worried that this would be junk given all the poor reviews. I am very happy to say that it is much better then all the bad reviews make it out to be. Mine was missing some of the screws on trailer like the reviews mention but other than that, I have been very happy with my set. I will try to post some pics sometime soon.

 I got this directly from Fansproject for making a donation to Redcross for the Japan Earthquake/tsunami relief. Again, I can not thank Fansproject enough for encouraging people to donate. Best touch they gave was adding the name of the donator to the back of of the blesser card. Check you mail boxes. |

There is no email confirmation or a list of names. Just keep checking your mail box, and hope that the USPS are gentle with it. My card was dented in the middle and ripped on the side.

As part of my birthday present, I was given a Primary School Primars. So, now that I own 2 releases from TFC, I am losing some confidence in them. I own this Primars and the Gears of wars weapon set and both have QC problems. We all pretty much knows that the chrome on the weapons set caused the fittings on the shoulder cannons to be too tight. On my set, none of them actually fires and on my red launcher, the spring is messed up. The chrome weapon for inferno doesn't fit in his hand unless you rotate it and slide it on top of the back side of his hand. But enough with the gears of war set. The Primary School Primars I got yesterday, there are some paint app flaws, but there are two really big QC flaws that I am not happy about. First, the metal pin they use on the shoulder connector panel. It isn't fitted right and so the smoke stack can sit flush. Also, this same panel, it just wouldn't tab into it's slot. Overall, I enjoy this figure but the QC on my copy just isn't good. I mean, I thought TFC is supposed to be on par with Fansproject right. Weren't they all one group at one time. I've never had any problem wth Fansproject item.

Megatron has been put on indefinite hold according to their Facebook page while the Decepticon base will probably come out this year but that's up in the air too. I guess the Autobot version didn't sell as well as they were hoping.

Guess I let you guys know what they tell me at botcon on this Ironhide. Hopefully, someone from Fansproject and TFC will be there to show me some of them new stuff they will be releasing.

The fact that it is from justitoys is a let down for me. They come up with great sketches but seems like forever for any release. This is the same company that was suppose to come out with a THS size dinobot, forgot which one of the dinobots. That wst astrotrain is still WIP.

Does anyone here really agree with the Igear pricing on the not Ironhhide and Rachet figures? I'd love to get them but in no way shape or form am I paying 120 dollars each for them.

Yeah there a little high but they are pretty much mass produced custom items, there not super limited but no way do they have production runs as big as Hasbro's Transformers. Plus I'm thinking that includes "free" shipping, still I might pass iGear has THE worst customer service when it comes to shipping out items. I waited almost 3 months to get my Ramjet from them when it said it was in-stock when I bought it from them. I want the other two but no way am I buying it from iGear, i much prefer to get it off the secondary market in this case.
