Well sure it's a good looking bot mode, but the car mode looks aweful, it's all gaps.

Oops, you're right, Voyager size. My memory failed me and for some reason I thought it was being compared to the WfC Prime, but that wouldn't have even been possible at the time. But back to the point, I don't think the bot mode will be bigger even if the alt mode is the same size as Prime with the "trailer". Where Prime folded up neatly, Shockwave here looses nearly half his ship length to the way the right arm unfolds, a great deal of it going to his shoulder with the front end hanging off his hand. He's shorter in bot mode than his alt mode is long. Between the two figures the sizes should even out to about the same in both modes. Emerje I hate to say I told you so, but my guess was right, six months later. Fact was, Knight Morpher Prime, only a small part of it became the bot, while the majority of it became the battle station. This battle ship Shockwave, the bot mode is the whole ship. So, yeah, leader class size.

^ Don't really remember Jetfire / Skyfire from the cartoon... but is he supposed to be THAT terrible? Depressingly, yes. He looked nothing like the valkyrie whose form his toy adopted, and was instead a big, puffy looking robot with a flying brick altmode.

Skyfire/Jetfire is one of those extremely insignificant characters in Transformers, at least within the G1 cartoon. He was probably in two episodes at the most. Why 3rd parties are making him, I don't quite understand, just like the abundance of Mini Vechiles/Minibots also being made. Personally, I like to see more combiners, the Stunticons and Predacons would be nice. And would someone please makes some Dinobots, characters that are more well known, rather than these unimportant support characters.

He did play a big part in the Dreamwave series and looked pretty awesome but that could mostly be due to Don Fig's amazing artwork, he infact found a way to combine some of the G1 toys design into the artwork and it made total sense. Ill post some pics of it if people haven't seen it.

Depressingly, yes. He looked nothing like the valkyrie whose form his toy adopted, and was instead a big, puffy looking robot with a flying brick altmode. Darn... then the classic Jetfire is definitely an improvement over the cartoon depiction.
