Yep. High True. On the other hand, I do admire how closely their rip-offs come to the real McCoys, in in this case they didn't change anything about their version of Grendy... and that one pilot looks like a mix of Duke Fleed's uniform with Koji's helmet. LOL! They even had in there a mixed "DrHell"-meets-Vegan General "What's-His-Name"... he looks like a Pam Grier done ran outta Botox. LOL! I'd rather see a damn good rip-off than suffer through a terrible knock-off. zozo-Magengar

i remember hearing about a rip off Grendizer but never found a video of it, i though it was the Super Mazinger which is an orange robot and turns into a cannon.
this Korean Grendizer is not a rip off like Taekwon V is, this is more of a stolen and butchering the entire Grendizers series and make some photoshop work on it to make it there own. This is why they always get a bad rep, they steal ideas or creations from others just so they can say they are better and yet they are not.

This one's a different version from the one you're thinking of ("The UFO"by GTGroup). This one here is friggin AAAAA-MAAAAA-ZZZZZING! For Now, however, I believe these short clips are just "screen tests" of near-finalized scenes before they get assembled as the finalized version of the movie. So far, I like the action and movements of these mechas... they look more faithful to a live kaiju tokusatsu movie than to a cartoon, meaning fast-paced action (like the early battle scene in the 2004 live-action Casshern movie). I also enjoy how these 3D robots and objects are modeled and texturized for Realism. In my eyes, these are quite believeable, and I can easily visualize them behaving this way (as shown in that video) in real life if these giant machines were to exist. I just hope that all this eye-candy is backed by a good or strong storyline that will be just as convincing, and as faithful to its source material; so that this movie will be memorable in this culture for a very VERY long time. zozo-Magengar thought that Grendizer Project Stopped.. If it were a video-game, could you imagine how much bloodshed and battery fans would cause to get their hands on a copy of this at a video-game store? It would put mainstream gamers to Shame! ;D
I'd definitely would like to see this as a video-game for all three platforms (xbox360, ps3, and wii).

I hope it'll be available for release as a fanmovie via torrent and direct-download... I'm anxious to see it and write a review about it for my Toyopsy site. zozo-Magengar

WOW! Cool! and by the look of them trees and horses it also reminds me of a Japanese rendition of the old Microsoft game "Age Of Empires"... place your mouse over them horses and click their next location and see if they'll move. LOL ;D Nice pic and nice 3D work there! zozo-Magengar
