yup, SRWZ2chap1 from my understanding its gonna have over 30+ titles of different anime series. im still surprise Tereda manage to put Dai-guard and Gurren Laggan in it.
in SRWZ1 the original Dynamic team( Mazinger Z, Great Mazinger, Grendizer and Getter Robo G) they see the different alter universes in which Koji and Ryoma see another Mazinger and Getter which they haven't seen before which would be Shin Mazinger and Shin Getter.

Yep, that pic there was posted here in RJ a while back when the Shin Mazinger neo-jumbo was released... ...that display diorama there is custom-made to showcase that there neo-jumbo Shin Mazinger. Grendizer vs Mazinkaiser (the most unsolved anime issue, specially in the Middle East and Europe)! ...Who thinks of the possibility of seeing Mazinkaiser in the Shin UFO Robo Grendizer OVA, probably, at the finale  If it happens, my guess...Nagai will show 'em both equaled in power or something, where Kaiser gives a hand of help to Duke Fleed kickin' the Vegans alien @$$! If it doesn't happen, well...  a Shin Mazin Kaiser? Nah.

Something happened up there when Koji/Great Maz
helped Dizer... if I remember, yeah, Dizer's foot got
stuck in the fusilage of the ship.
Whatever. To be honest, that particular OVA wasn't
my favorite.
The story or the plot coulda been better written.
I guess when Nagai or whoever wrote that OVA they were
trying to analogize the relation between the Mazingers
and Grendizer; and it seemed Overkill, since that relation
was already expressed in the Grendizer series with Koji
returning to Japan and later working as Duke's side-kick.
In the long run, that was all part of a huge bookmark of
Go Nagai making visual references to all his characters
in the mangas and animes.

Guys, you are talking about a commercial movie named "Grendizer VS Great Mazinger", which its plot will totally has nothing to do with the Shin Great Mazinger / UFO Robo Grendizer series if made! I am asking what would be your expectations for the appearance of Mazinkaiser in this Shin trilogy! |

well, it all depends for Mazinkaiser appearing in the Shin Trilogy if GoNagai makes a trilogy. however if Mazinkaiser where to appeared during the series it wouldnt
surprise me if it did in Shin Great however if this would be the case it would be called Shin Mazinkaiser and not Shin Great instead.
the way i see it, GoNagai might even do Mazinkaiser before or after Shin Grendizer story so Mazinkaiser would fit.

about the latest Mazinger whatever in the Mazinger timeline.

Possible, but since Shin Mazinger Z kicked Dr. Hell's @xx already, I really wouldn't like to see a Shin Mazinkaiser fighting the same enemy! I wish they show Shin Kaiser after a Shin Grendizer, so that it clashes with the Vegans! However, aside from this shin announcement, I still wish to see a continuation for the original Mazinkaiser OVA! "Shin Magengar" OVA??? There's no such thing! ;D In case you wonder where I got my user-name, "Magengar" is how the Japanese pronounce Mazinger, with the emphasis on the first syllable... ..."MAH Jin Gar"... sometimes the R is silent, so it would be "Gah". But you get the same "AR" pronounciation effect in GaoGaiGAR as well (GAO...Gai...Gah) anyway... Thanks, but, you won't be seeing any OVAs about Me anytime soon, if ever. ;D zozo-Magengar

GoNagai could use that alien since it doesn't actually have a proper story, he just shows up and thats about it, no background at all. he could be a good bad guy for Mazinkaiser. IMHO, i hope GoNagai does not continue the Mazinkaiser OVA for reasons that his a recycle, all it does is take the roll of the story of other previews one and with way to many unsolved mysteries (example Juzo Kabuto is alive and no one knows where the hell is he). If he does this it wouldn't surprise me that he would use the Vega army from Grendizer (or the one from Gattaiger)as the next enemy and it wouldn't surprise me either if he does it for a movie and without Grendizer(or Gattaiger) in it. however its seems that Mazinkaiser vsAnkouDaishogun is suppose to be the last of Mazinkaiser OVA story.  You know, DM, I like your new signature with the Dynamic Heroes! The 3 who form a cool and indestructible trio to me are Grendizer, Shin Getter Robo & Mazinkaiser. I am buying Revoltech 037 and 085 so they complete the scene with my 016 ;D  Just waiting for one to arrive from Hong Kong and another to buy from a store in Egypt when it's opened. I have been always thinking why haven't Dynamic Planning add Shin Getter Dragon to this Kaiser promo since it's the strongest Getter, but later thought it's a good idea cuz this Shin Getter Dragon seems to me as a freak of nature more than being a super robot LOL! ...And damn, I never get enough from watching this kick@$$ promo!  Even though it's missing Shin Magengar Z! |
