Hey good to see this thread active.
Looks like Bandai is going through all the Gold Saints again in Revival Ver.
I for one, was glad to be able to get Pisces Aphrodite at a normal price.
Sucks for those that hate to see figures lose market value.

Hopefully thats is a true story as I start late on the game ... currently have 5 golds ( 1 oce Libra) but hopefully we can catch them all again. I also got a Pisces decent retail price for once and hopefully they reissue the others as well. Have the Asgard one up to date and keep going ... hades on preo even tho was a complete nightmare to catch ... |

My EX collection is up to date. So this has been a quiet year when it comes to Saint seiya (I'm getting V3 Pegasus and nothing else until now). I hope we get Alberich delta this year...
The only figure I regret missing is Ophiucus EX but I let it pass because I strongly believe that bandai will re release it with odysseus face sooner or later...

Any of you guys sell off your earlier versions for revival versions? Just curious. I was late to collect these so I've been jumping on the re-releases of Gold Saints. No, I kept the OG ones, theres not much difference between them and selling and rebuying is too much troublesome in my country (altough selling myth cloth here is really easy since there are many collectors, mechas are really hard to sell). The extras like, Aioros' baby athena, or shura hands and new faces are not much of an incentive. Don't pay overprices for the gold saints, they are the most succesfull line so bandai will keep reissuing them. I will probably sell my OG V2 bronze saints (the ones with broken armor) if it price goes up (since the V3 will be enough for me, and I have many figures so space is starting to be a problem). |

Unfortunately I missed most preorders of Delta Megrez but I was lucky today & got Hypnos from HLJ.

Try checking regularly HLJ (I've gotten some myth by doing that, I guess some people cancel...) the other way to get it cheap is searching in mandarake after the japanese release date, they appear for retail price and resealed, close to release date. |

I had to get Siren Sorrento reissue. All the other Marine generals are sooo insane expensive now, even Poseidon who was on clearance at one point. I didn't think I would go beyond the Gold Saints but the Asgardians were so good. Got in a PO of Lyumnades Kaasa/Casa. I wouldn't mind if they come around again with the others.

Be patient guys and check mandarake regularly... poseidon generals and asgard are becoming my favorite EX collections.
