Just opened and put Overture Seiya together. It is quite nice indeed. The head/neck ball joint is on the loose side, and the belt buckle lock can come off unintentionally a few times when trying to put the parts together. Hip, waist, and ankle joints are nice and tight though. When compare to my non-EX V3 Myth Seiya (with Appendix parts), Overture Seiya still look a bit younger in body proportion, and the face is not as anime accurate nor as well defined as the Appendix head (Appendix heads shades like the anime under most lighting, but this new Seiya head sculpt doesn't). What it excels is the bare plastic face matches the neck and arms' flesh tone perfectly (unlike many of the older Myth with painted face), and the mouth line is painted in this one, even if the line is painted quite light (but nicely done). Cloth fitment on the body is good, and Seiya looks particularly good with the wings on. Definitely a very solid buy, if you like this Cloth design.
One thing worth noting is that Bandai photoshopped out the big 'armpit' hinge on the chest armor. Much cleaner in promo and box art pic, but hinge really big on the toy. Pissed off a bunch of people in Toysdaily. Bothered me a little, but not too much (kind of used to those hinges).

As usual FromJapan cancelled my order due to limited numbers, waiting on the other proxy site now.
I know Nippon Yasan reopened their preorder but those guys have shady business practices that drives me away.

But they always gets all tamashii web exclusives (and not at bad price, this is not the case however. For example sometimes bbts also gets them but they overcharge far more). They've never failed me with this limited releases. But when it comes to regular items they are never my first or my second option. Also if you want to buy from them you have to do it day one because they tend to Jack up prices quickly... |

Oh and don't watch saintia sho anime, it really suck compared to the manga. I don't now why they rushed it so much

I don't now why they rushed it so much Probably just because they needed something to sell myth cloth after soul of gold releases wrapped up. I don't mind the anime in the long run, as long as the characters get made as myth cloth since the manga is probably the best saint seiya spin off in a very long time. It more puzzles me why they kept shoko in her V1/kyoko version equeleus cloth and didn't upgrade her to her V2. But I guess they'll save it for a second part. Here's hoping Mayura and the other saintia actually come out soon and don't bomb the way lost canvas or omega myth cloth did. |

Halfway through the anime and it's... ok.
I did get the new Equuleus Shoko figure and it's a good figure.
Soiid armor and nothing falls off randomly.
I really hope they make the rest of the female saints from the show, but judging by Shoko sales, they'll prob be P-Bandai if they ever make them.

It's not the same IT Will include parts for the V2 equulus cloth (i don't know how to add pics here but believe me)... if they give as a bundle with eris kyoko I will go for it. |

Probably best to put it in the retconned anime continuity from the hades arc where crystal saint never existed and shura never had his arm cut off |
