Thanks for the info Vendetta. But all plastic right?

I don't believe so. The transformations of the zords are also more faithful to the show. I've preordered one myself, as I'm on something of a PR kick right now (recently picked up the DVD boxset of seasons 1-3 and the Samurai and Megaforce zord stuff!).
If only BOA would make a Dragonzord and legit Titanus to go with the 2010 Megazord... I'd rather see that than a diecast Megazord, which is kind of neat I guess.

So the DX versions have diecast?

correct me if i am wrong, i believe most of the visible parts you see are made of plastic but part of the interior structure should be diecast. i have a few of these (japanese version) megazords at home and they are quite hefty and have a very solid feel to them.

I would definitely be more interested in them if they had diecast in them!

if you yet to own any megazord, you might want to get a set to try it out, they are really not that bad. i used to hate super sentai, until a friend of mine (who happens to be a fan) recommended me and changed my perception. the japanese versions are really well made and you can really appreciate their build quality when you handle them. although chuncky and practically non poseable, they are highly playable and definitly more durable than the SOCs that we are more accustomed to. but try to stick to japanese versions instead, US versions albeit cheaper, but defintily lacks quality.

I have the Samurai Megazord that came out. It is ok. But I have all the SRC Sentai (and the amazing SOC one) and love them

Looks like it will be $60 at Toy's R US exclusive? As to when? I thought it's any day now if it's not out now...or was it around July.... Sorry, all the rumors and press photos are confusing me as well..
Does any body have clearer idea than me?

Although pre-orders are claimed to be available for Canadian customers since last month, we US customers are waiting for the pre-orders to become available.

After seeing the video, I agree with hetabattousai. This is a disappointment. And since I have the 2010 mold, which this is based of, I will not be hunting for it.
If I see it fine, if not still fine by me.

Not enough metal, mostly plastic with metal paint apps. Based on the 2010 mold, not the original. Sword will not fit on the either hand. Some issues when parts forming into the separate animals. Etc, etc, etc.
It is a fine display piece, but not worth the current asking price.

Right on the money Cff, I saw this at my local Toys R US, and i didnt bother to check it out. they have like 2 pieces and instead i got the new Micro transformer changer. These mini-robots are so cute, lol. I had the last set total of 8 and this set has 12.
