LOL. I know you like it, but IMO, it doesn't look very good with four arms. Maybe with the six arms wouldn't look too bad, because of the vintage Albegas, but with only four arms looks very odd. I like the scale next to the Lion Voltron! Since I also have the same scale Vehicle Voltron, it will make for an awesome ALL PLASTIC Voltron display!!! }D

What about the shoulder joint ? (looks cheap) The gap on top shoulders is not aesthetic and reveal that joint.

Ill probably pay for mine next week. But not counting the fact its based on a obscure character but based purely on a technical level is this a $200 toy or is it overpriced?

I wish that Mattel would have made one to match that awesome GoLion

I think it's overpriced considering the production and material cost for this figure isn't on par with chogokin figures. The only redeeming value I see in this toy line is the sculpt but that's not enough for me to spend this much on a plastic figure with magnet joints. You can find great chogokin figures at these prices.

That is teh clincher the character isnt produced by any other company, for me its not about deciding on something else, its about if you need Albegas in your collection,I did! actually i have everything i need up until this point SR wise, only new robots coming out do I need.Albegas filled a hole of thsi character I needed.so it isnt always about pricing, but if you need/want the toy.

I can understand your point and we all collect these toys based on our wants and needs. I'm not judging not just Albegas but the whole toyline in general. For me it's just too expensive even with the robots in this toyline that I like including Gaiking and Jeeg. I have a limited budget and I have to make lots of considerations in making a purchase. I also think my preference for more metal in my toy robots affects my decision in liking a toy line. I'm not really against an all plastic toy robot but it has to be made really good plastic for me to appreciate it. But I do admire the sculpts and attention to detail on these toys and I'm not against anyone buying these since my personal opinion differs from everyone. There's even people who aren't happy with the higher end chogokins which brings us to the fact that no toy manufacturer can satisfy everyone. If people are happy with their purchase then I'm happy for them too because we collect these things for our own personal pleasure

Thanks for the input guys, I will get this figure I'm just girding myself not to get dis-appointed. It's the whole value vs want thing, I want a ton of figures but I know their not worth the price their charging but does my want of a certain figure override my sense of getting my moneys worth? No one likes to get ripped off especially around Christmas time when it get's damn expensive.

Great pics TMZ oh and I had my blue legs on front, thanks for correction!! BTW try squeezing in the red waist pieces I think the magnets touching is how its shown on the box and meant to look as the waist width should be less wide than the shoulders, you will hear a click too.,or do you find them apart to work better posing wise? Anyhow,Im so glad we agree that this is the best robot lately by far,and I find very fun to play with!

In the anime, the ships fly into the backs of the 3 robots. I have the entire anime series but its in arabic language. (Special thanks to Magengar for helping me locate them online.) The action scenes are really cool especially with the different combinations that the Alpha, Beta and Gamma robots can form as Albegas.
