This got to become an industry joke now.

I learned my lesson with MP... no money up-front for any of their releases ever again, regardless of what they offer. }D

I anticipate this Dynamite Action Albegas comes out before we get MP V V. True... Shoulda taken my money from VV and put it on this guy.... The size just bugs me. I picked up a couple of older ALBEGAS figures & just love the metal. I wish there was someone willing to re-design the originals.

I've always wondered why many of the vintage chogokins were never reissued. There are countless Takara reissues of vintage Transformers and even Bandai reissues of vintage Macross Valkyries. Why can't Bandai reissue some of the vintage chogokins, like especially Albegas?

I also wonder about why there are diecast bootlegs of most of the other vintage Godaikins (Golion, Gordian, Godsigma, Godmars, etc) but none of the Albegas. I don't like vintage stuff, but I would definitely get a vintage reissue of Albegas, even in bootleg form. }D

Hence once the licenses expired these Taiwanese factories kept the molds and continue making these toys even today.

I see. It's truly unfortunate that the Godaikin Albegas mold was not part of those that remain in use today... }D

Are the KO's of godaikins like the God Sigma & God Mars accurate to the vintage version? I've kinda been interested in getting those, but was wondering how accurate they are. I see. It's truly unfortunate that the Godaikin Albegas mold was not part of those that remain in use today... }D Agreed. We need some kind of substitution for that blue bot!

Probably the older knock offs. The current ones are very sloppy and show the mold's age. Go to the vintage robot section, there is a thread with pictures comparing the chogokin GodSigma aagainst the knock offs.
