yea i understand but i believe the 40th anniversary Voltes have better joints than the older two also they did reissued God Mars, Daitarn 3(new color) and Voltes so i guess maybe its Daimos turn to get the R version or even a reissued honestly its hard to see whats coming next in the SRC line you remeber bro booom God sigma, GodMars, Black Getter all at one shot which remind me Godsigma should be out soon i cant wait for it i have alot of things to ship Mhm, even if they reissued Daimos, it would still be the old mold, and still have the same problems and shortcomings... maybe it's better just to wait for a brand new Daimos figure, and see how they do it. I really hope Bandai gives us that SRC Godmars too. Godsigma has been announced and the date set, but we haven't heard anything about Godmars since the reveal... at least it will have fresh joints and maybe some new stuff the thing is in our time theres no Daimos figure at all except the SOC no one is welling to do on so i really hope bandai will do a new one or even a reissued version i think they will make it the last one because they released alot of SRC more than 5 so i think they want every one to be able to buy it all yea i understand but i believe the 40th anniversary Voltes have better joints than the older two also they did reissued God Mars, Daitarn 3(new color) and Voltes so i guess maybe its Daimos turn to get the R version or even a reissued honestly its hard to see whats coming next in the SRC line you remeber bro booom God sigma, GodMars, Black Getter all at one shot which remind me Godsigma should be out soon i cant wait for it i have alot of things to ship i dont see how voltes has better joints ,maybe because hes brand new to buyers and time makes things more loose.so when comparing an old toy to a new toy it seems tighter.I only own the old voltes versions 2 of each and there is no new engineering on 40th,so dont understandhow they can be tighter ..only because its new physically i think. hmmm you are right bro in the 40th anniversary figures i saw some decent photos for good poses, and i understand from other members it hold that poses better than the older two specially the when doing the Voltes bazooka pose which was kinda off in the first release

It's hard to explain it without holding the two figures in hand Baron, but the 40th one just has tighter joints in general. I remember having slight looseness with my respect for voltes when I first put the bot together new out of box just standing there... This one can actually holds the pose correctly straight in comparison to a slight tilt backwards at the hip joints. Maybe you have a point about the age, but it is just tighter overall at the ankle joints and hip area. mmm... should we move this back to the 40th thread?

Got it this morning ! Great figure ! I still hate the train/shoulders : off topic on design, only for the fans Lion mode could have more articulations : waist, ankle tilting... Combining is very fun : the fact you need spare part to snap the bomber on the back means it was not necessary to the "neck-arm" to un fold head from the bomber... Ok it's a nice feature but kill a bit the aesthetic. Overall : bring the Goldimarg !!!

You don't even need the extra black piece when attaching it to GaiGar. StealthGao actually clips onto the shoulders if you push it in all the way.

So some badass mods for GX-69 Goldymarg over in the Goldymarg thread got me motivated enough to do a small mod of my own for GGG. Aside from giving LinerGao and Dividing Driver some panel lining, pictured here: i.imgur.com/cLLUbdQ.jpg?3 - much bigger version of image I also wanted to give GGG better head articulation, since it bugged me that it couldn't look upwards at all. The solution was thankfully very simple: Give GaiGar a haircut. Still need to smooth it out a bit, but cutting off most of the "hair" completely frees up GaiGar's head articulation. Now to make it work for GGG: Simply cut that ball on the back of its helmet off. Also for best effect, take off the arm that connects the helmet to StealthGao. As for the results: I think it's worth it.

Thanks. US$ 149.36!
CAD 198.54 ...I'd be all over it (and the now sold-out Goldymarg at HLJ) if our Canadian dollar wasn't in such a sorry state.

Yeah, f**k the Canadian dollar. I'm also from Newfoundland, so combine sh*t dollar with highest retail taxes.

Yeah, f**k the Canadian dollar. I'm also from Newfoundland, so combine sh*t dollar with highest retail taxes. I'm in Alberta and the economic state and dollar value is preventing me from buying anything non essential. My wife is almost unemployed and I'm the only with with a full time job supporting 3 kids (one in university, one highschool, and the other in grade 8).
