Ah Thanks Ozmalee I’ll probably buy this if I have nothing else to buy. 😛 It completes the GX-68 more so than Goldymarg. Kinda pricey for what it is although it may be slightly cheaper than the 2016 one due to inflation. Anyone remember the exchange rate back then? |

Ah already available on bbts....is there really diecast parts in this set? The Gao Drill (legs and feet) are just about all metal. The whole thing is heavy AF. I definitely recommend GaoGaiGar and I've ordered Star Parts through Supreme Collector BST. |

I do wonder if this new version of the Option Parts Set will be omitting the peg to help hold up Goldymarg and the Goldion Hammer.
I see no mention in passing if this new set was made for Goldymarg in mind.
It is one piece they could have added to have the option for it on the table.

I finally decided to pick this up...and reviewed it. IS the Star Option set worth picking up as well? Really depends. The Stars set doesn't offer a lot of solid stuff on its own. The Gatling driver, the big wings, and stand, and some option parts. Pretty much all plastic, or very minimum metal bit (can't remember, been a while since I open mine). Nothing transforms, nothing complex engineered. But when you have everything put on GGG, it does look very cool, and makes it complete (need the hammer too). So if you are a diehard GGG fan, most likely you would want the set. But is it essential for a casual gokin collector? Not really. |

Hi all, here's my review for the Soul of Chogokin Gx-68X Star Gaogaigar Option Set (The King of Braves ver.), super duper late review as usual (I got this way back in March, only had time to open this one up recently), but thought I'd share it anyway. Please enjoy.  Please click on the link to jump to the review. .jpg) I personally prefer this version over the original release, thanks to the slight cosmetic changes to some of the parts and I really like the new color of the base stand as well. It's all personal preference though. If you already have the original release, then you can consider skipping this set as there're no added accessories here. Gold |

Is there a yellowing issue for the white plastic parts for this figure? While mine has no sign of yellowing yet, it is almost a given that unpainted white plastic will yellow at some point, just a matter of time. My Bandai DX VF-25F Frontier valk has yellowed. So that took about 10 years in a cabinet. |

Whoever can solve the issue of yellowing white/clear plastic would become a billionaire. It's something no company in any field has been able to fully solve yet. |
