 I managed to polish the face and I'm now starting to work on the body. I'm still figuring out how much bulk his chest should have. This is looking great! How are you polishing out the metal? |

GinraiI use a motor like this to polish my projects, it's actually for jewelry. It's sucks that my skin gets irritated with the polishing wax we use.  magengarIt's important that I polish it right, a shiny surface would also reveal some suface defects that I might need to correct.

@cff Thanks, yeah it's gonna be quite a bit expensive but I want my figure to be special At the moment I'm not prepared for a commission. I still have tons of work at my job and I need to refine my building skills more. |

Lol you guys really make my day I'm sharpening some of the head details a bit more before I resume on making the body. I hope I got the face right, there were so many variations of the head from what I've seen. After examining most of the pictures from the anime I am certain this is the correct type of forehead cause I've seen drawings and figures that have it protruded which makes it look like a visor and I find that incorrect.I really want this figure to look like the old school Dai Apolon from every angle while giving it a decent amount of articulation. It's still a difficult balancing act that I need to perfect. |

Still working on the body, it's hard to interpret the original drawings since some of the shapes on the body don't really translate well when made into a real object.   |
