Hope they choose solid plastic. Their Wheelie is really fragile (ok, it's a tiny one).

Goodbye Takara ! X-Transbot just said they will propose solid figures for their new MX line... Their Wheelie is damn fragile... Hope they will learn from Fanstoys. About Dinobot, Gigapower delayed their first release to improve more and more. We will soon have a great surprise !

I just put my PO in for that Blaster and Megatron. Hopefully they turn out like they look.

Uuuurgh. I really hope that Megatron isn't a floppy annoying fiddly mess to transform. That's why I couldn't end up bringing myself to keep my Toyworld Hegemon (who only cost about $20 less than this guy! Makes you really wonder about value, sometimes). If this can be a nice, solid figure with a well-thought out and non-frustrating transformation I'll be a happy purchaser.
I guess this will be my first X-Transbots purchase. Likewise 3rd Party blaster will be my first KFC purchase. Both have shiny metallic paint jobs; I think 3rd parties are finally discovering my true weakness.

^ Hmmm...not sure why embedding is not working. Oh well, that URL is for the test-shot vid of the XTransbot Megatron.

It looks nice, and if it's anything like their (also pictured) Salmoore he'll be top notch and a fun figure. At the same time, he doesn't really look particularly masterpiece-y to me. I don't know if it's the big obvious joints or the not-quite-there headsculpt or what but it strikes me as being about 80% there.
Now, their Gobots Crasher version of this mold? Tempting. Veeeerry tempting. Especially re: their Salmoore.

They shoulded shape it a bit more, I mean some parts needed to be more detailed. He looks a bit slim due to the lengh of the limbs. The minus in design is the waist/hips and the car cockpit with the peg behind head. Overall he looks great with MPs. Today I purchased the KFC Transistor : can not resist, he looks so legit. He gives a bit shadow to MP Soundwave. Need to get the Ironpaw cassette too...
