I was wondering what happened to their version Trail Breaker.

FT is probably busy by multy task. Revealing 3d prototype means opening a breach to your production schedule. They are rushing aerialbots because 3P MP combiners is a real war : having others contenders producting same combiners can be a dead market segment, it's not like having just 1 figure surrounder by sometimes 5 3p versions (Springer is the case), you potentialy can have 5 or 6 release with small preorders quantities. They teased also a Devastator... Wise solution is to let the train passed when too much releases are out : Trailbreaker and hoist not their priority now. Xtb versions were the last out. So they will probably pop out, ready for retail from factory. We have 2 TFCONs coming, so let's see... (I will come to Toronton in july, who is coming ?) ... Their Blurr is very nice, some parts should be refined imo but overall I like their take on him.

I wish these companies would stop doing the same figures at the same time. I think it would be better in the long run for them and for us.

I think 3P companies know, if collectors buy 1 version, it's less likely they will buy another version even if the quality is better. Yes, some collectors will sell one and get the better one but that's not everyone. Look at how many people held on to Apollyon. So when a 3P puts out 3D Renders for a character, seems like a bunch of them also put out their renders in hope that collectors will "wait" for their version.

Even Takara is playing "nasty" by revealing prototypes sometimes (hello Inferno). Each Brand has its own interpretation and engineering touch. I have my little baby coming out : OX PS-09 Hellion (MP Cliffjumper). Some like it, some don't. I designed it to match MP Bumblebee and follow Studio OX design chart. As you know, the MP V3 is more about Sunbow cartoon model sheet design chart... But : there are a lot of contradictions from Takara. MP Inferno was too cartooned : altmode is reffering more too anime than real licenced firetruck. Then MP Sunstreaker came out : it's like they move backward to the MP V2 and keep anime touch. Imo it's perfect balance now. Many 3p Brands are hesitating to move to cartoon standard or not. The interesting competition will be DX9 Menasor versus XTB. Both versions are interesting. See how they choose different scale : DX9 Montana is scaling to g1 chart, XTB choose to match Decepticon with Autobots... The combining Gestahlt will be also different judging by each company design improvment. XTB is going to be fully cartoon... Let's see DX9... Oh and we have an OX Bruticus

After months of struggle, I finally gave in and ordered the TW Constructor. Reminds me of the anticipation I had when collecting the TFC Hercules figures, except all in one go. Hercules got sold long time ago, and this is a much improved, much enlarged, and much belated replacement! Man have my wallet been hurting lately.

Please tell them to focus on finishing the DJD, please. I'm about to lose interest and sell the 3 that came out already and just be happy with the upcoming Iron Factory legends scale set..

I will get the Iron Factory set just because IT IS COMBINE ! Please note they get inspired by our molds, specially with the torture chair guy (this no critic, this is cool). The other figures are in the queue at different production steps. I can't wait MORS (DJD Helex) : it's a very original Transformers by his body. Looks like a labor robot wearing mechanical levage arms suit

Who makes the bigger version of Rumble, Rrenzy and Ravage? They look cool too. MMC under their Ocular Max brand. I think they’re called tremor and riot. They’re very well made. Edit: remembered wrong! It's the ReMix line, and called Furor and Riot instead. Thanks Chen for link.
