if bandai can sell a hello kitty mazinger so well, this new mazinger will be sold out in seconds. japanese people love mazinger more than any other robots, even that golion which japanese never cared about.

Bandai is a goto High end gokin, the gold ruler where all gokins are judged.
Mad respect to Soul of Chogokin. Especially thrilled that after decades, Voltron is Finally is coming.
Having said that, Don't accept status quo.....
Bandai is Not above reproach... Nobody is.
Complaint, suggest, criticize....it can make things to happen. how else Bandai going to know what to improve?
Believe me I am commited.

So If i have any concern, I really should voice it now, before it releases.
May be its too late may be not....Bandai can always postpone the release date

the thing with Zero its by Taku, so i guess they will go to Fewture for the license ? correct me if im wrong  LOL i just imagine Go Nagai holding a rocket punch and screaming at Bandai officials "DO A HELLO KITTY MAZINGER"  Bandai know how hardcore Mazinger z fans are and they will speak with their money buying multiple versions therefore they will make as many as they can, its easy money for them spamming the same sculpt and using the prototypes colors that didn't make it to the production if this Mazinger truly have something new to offer i will get it hopefully, if its just a repaint with minor changes it will be a pass |

For all of our complaining, has a classic Mazinger ever not sold well for Bandai? I would think the two most guaranteed returns in their semi permanent product arsenal are Mazinger Z and the RX-78-2 Gundam.

We all will know in around two weeks.
And like wild dogs, we will definitely tear it apart. Limb to limb head to toes. Lol
Just lets not turn on eachother then.

Well it is a good thing here that more people here on this board are concerned about the new SoC Voltron moreso than this new Mazinger.
Especially after the titan that was the DX SoC Great Mazinger.

Especially after the titan that was the DX SoC Great Mazinger. well when you look to it over those 20 years Bandai gives us over 20 Mazinger z figures (thats about a figure a year or so) from the small SRC to the mighty DX on the other hand how many decent Voltron figure we got on those 20 years ? just 1 and that is the KOB (im not considering Toynami) so this hype is understandable its not a surprise if the thread reach 30 pages before the figure even got released |

I don't see where it says it will be smaller? I do see where they have a drawing overlaid on top of a initial cgi model to show the differences in design.

same question as Gold ask, which one is which ? (i made a fried read the article, he told me its the same design only got bigger by the CG) ? also if you scroll down you see a photo from the E manga Dynamic Heroes, i guess they are using it as a reference for Mr.Kazuhiro Ochi work, honestly i liked Mazinger z proportions better in the E-manga either way i dont see anything but minor changes here and there, and there is an articulated fingers ? |
