Nice pics! How's the die cast content on this guys? How is the weight on this compared to SOC Voltron? what are your thoughts? I'm thinking of buying a 2nd voltron and considering this since the SOC price has skyrocketed

I'm thinking of buying a 2nd voltron and considering this since the SOC price has skyrocketed i highly recommend that you wait for the regular color version to go with the anime accurate soc, but its all up to you  since this new one and the first version are basically the same, im telling you it have a healthy amount of diecast lol, but the SOC is heavier |

So I got my Voltron from Icarus Toys. It looks great! Taking it out of the package I felt each lion for heft. Not too bad. The paint looks pretty decent too. I looked it over pretty closely and didn’t notice any flaws. It’s probably way easier since it’s mostly two colors. The ratchet joints are very tight and click nicely. You can rotate the waist 360 degrees. It’s a really nice piece and a cool variant to the standard Voltron. The accessories are nice too. The multiple blazing swords and blades for the lions are pretty cool. It’s not as well done as the SOC but realistically, who does it better than Bandai? Not a bad effort at all.

thanks for the new link Coletron i dont know whats went wrong with the link i posted KOB was always heavy and full of diecast im glad to see it finally comes out, i also agree with the guy even if you have the SOC the KOB is a must now i want to see the regular color version i guess it will looks awesome with the SOC |

Here's a more in depth review. It's a little long (uh humm... 1 hour). But the lighting is much better. I was unsure about the dark gray paint - but after seeing this, I have to say it's a beautiful glossy metallic. The reds really pop as well.

No doubt. I just checked out the 1st couple minutes to get a look at it in proper lighting. I know what the KOB is about. An hour long review is definitely a bit much.
