Lol all this speculation... Bandai is not going to give us what we want. Likely will be a new version of Black Getter for DC, or a Chrome Noir Great Mazinger, or something along those lines. Bandai sets us up, gets us all excited, and then knock us flat with the announcement. I hope I'm wrong though. i agree with you last time they gave us the Zambot Ace as the GX-81 some were happy about it but the most were disappointed about it
Hopefully, Bandai delivers something that will knock our socks off.
more likely knock our socks off to throw it at them  It’s funny that you say that because in the back of my mind I’ve been convinced that Zambo Ace will have a larger companion piece to make a DX-ish sized Zambot. GX-81 hasn’t been released yet so the timing would be right to show that. It would be cool but I would rather.... in this order. Dairugger I'm hoping. Been watching Vehicle Voltron lately and really like dairuggers movement when he fights. Also after the SOC Golion, Im spoiled by bandai now to do dairugger. Sold my mmw voltron, to wait for a bandai one.

Given the partnership with WEP, I foresee Dairugger or Bismarck within the next few years. A Dynamic Classics Getter Dragon is also likely.

a possibility but from what i see, when Bandai Skip a number and go to the next, the figure that related to that skipped number turn out to be amazing, however when they do an announcement about how awesome the next release will be bla bla bla, it turn out to be a disappointment
so im holding my horse until i see whats going on

I'm going to throw a wild card out there. What if it's a SOC Gridman with the God Zenon support vehicles? With the new Gridman anime coming out next month, now would be a great time to also bring out retro Gridman products.

I am hoping the mb is great mazinger , he deserves attention in this line and someone post a mb great mazinger shadows not long ago, if It is something like mazinger it will be a sure sell... rather have this one that any other to be honest.
I guess will see what they come with here soon....

I would be lying if I didn’t say I was happy with the vast majority of SOC releases. Can’t say the MMPR stuff impressed me much its the only SOCs I’ve been meh... with recently. Unless it’s a vehicle like the Nautilus GX-80 which to be fair is gorgeous, I’ll probably be on board, mindless SOC drone that I am. |

im talking about recent figure that got teased way to much and then ending up been half and half
tho you got a point, i dont collect anything i collect stuff that i watched as a kid or watched it as an adult (and liked the design) and for the first time i have alot of SOC in order
GX-70 including the GX-70D and the GX-70VS GX-71 GX-72 GX-73 GX-74 GX-75 GX-76 including the GX-76X and the GX-76X2 on preorder
GX-77 GX-78 and lastly GX-79
not to mention couple of R versions here and there
i skipped the GX-80 Nautilus and broke the streak lol, even tho i think its amazing
so yeah they were on the roll releasing great stuff i wish if they pay more attention to the QCs tho

So apparently this “full-size, full-gimmick” SoC will be Space Battleship Yamato
Not a fan of the show so this is a meh for me. It does say it’s GX-86 so that means 84 is still open. I like to think maybe it’s Dairugger and they’re waiting for NYCC to announce it! Or maybe Crimson Typhoon! A man can dream.
Or Biorobo. Come on, Bandai. Just let me have one!

the show is popular so it will sell out like hot cake
im not disappointed because i didn't expect much from Bandai in the first place lol
GX-84 is still not revealed yet
