I'm still waiting for the OG zeta gundam in the MB or GFFMC lines... metal robot line is really growing fast! I envy that... It would probably release under GFFMC as all UC releases have gone there except F91. Also, they previously released the (Bst) Zplus in blue and red under that line. That depends on who makes it. If katoki design it, it will be a GFFMC. if not, it will be a MB. All the GFFMC are Katoki's designs. You are forgotten about the MB crossbones (UC stuff), and the recent announce about a MB Kampfer (also UC stuff). |

Dang, $230 USD on P-Bandai for the Prototype ZZ. Ugh. May have to skip and if it drops in price, or they make a standard ver ZZ.

Its crazy Metal Robot Damashii is literally hitting GFFMC/MB pricing. A pass for me, already have the non transforming Ka Signature ZZ last time. And their size is just too small to be a fun transforming figure, way too delicate (Z was not fun to handle, even though it has metal).

Ka Metal Robot Damashii cost around $130-150 (look at mass production Nu from not long ago). This one has a full set of removable armor and bumped up to around $180-190, markup and all. Its not cheap, but not terrible in comparison. |

Yeah, I'll evaluate and see...son's birthday is coming up and my wife already has a raised eyebrow at me with the other half of the Diaclone Great Base arriving, Metal Build Kampfer, MP-44S Prime, and the retro-vintage-new G1 Prime that Takara Tomy just issued... And then, there's the LEGO crap that dropped...have to get that Mercedes-Petronas F1 Technic cart.  |

I love the Full Armor Hyaku Shiki Kai and yeah the exchange rate is great but I can't justify throwing $180 at a Robot Damashii. Maybe if I see a good condition used one in the future.
I really wish the RD metal builds weren't getting up towards the same price as GFF Metal Composite. I think it's better when different product lines fill different market niches and price points.
