NY really sucks... Till now still not yet ship my fin funnel, request customer service got no response,just last Monday was told need to use EMS for for shipping and pay 1000 yen for the EMS..but did not have any instructions how to proceed with the payment.. I msg back till now no reply from them... This time got the engineer option set from P bandai..it soldout couple of times.. But back in stock again.. |

Same experience with NY, items that should have been released where never send out and only after intensive contact by mail they shipped the items 6 weeks later. But I had to pay an extra 1200 yen for shipping.

I cave in as well and pre ordered since the price at Okiland was only for 220 USD. Crazy that A-E had it for 35K and still sold out. I'm avoiding NY now - still hasn't ship my transformer  BTW, I heard anything good about Okini land - can someone please share their experience with them? I would avoid NY now I have been hearing stories from our members that they haven't shipped some P bandai strike parts which got released last April. They are starting to get worst it seems. I got my bank involved now and looks like I will be refunded. All the best and hopefully they ship your fin funnels! I just got my mine, and the box is surprisingly heavy! I haven't had time to put them together.  |

Finally NY reply and change my invoice to EMS and paid 1000 yen.. It will be the last time I deal with NY..

How long did it take for NY to respond to your request ticket?
I filled out a ticket Sept 7 and still nothing.

How long did it take for NY to respond to your request ticket? I filled out a ticket Sept 7 and still nothing. I’ve had to wait over a week, and then I got on the chat to get them to step it up. Also, they have specific instruction for specific verbiage in the subject heading concerning shipping issues. |

Till now my fin funnel still not yet shipped..they prompt reply to ask for extra money upgrading to EMS...after paid.. No news for the shipping..i corresponded at least 12th to 13th times in a 1 month period using their unhelpful chat..as the ticket staff did not bother to reply.The staff always say we will look in to it.. And email u... But nothing happened..Nippon yasan is my worst nightmare. Some people commented that they over pre order p bandai executive stuff and cannot fulfil the order when item was launched.. Most of the executive items needed to pay full amount which is 6 month before release.. If you pay using credit card,asking for refunded won't be valid, only 90 day for credit cards, PayPal I think is 180 days..

I have two items that were supposed to have come in last month that haven’t shipped, and I even ordered something last week that is supposed to be in stock that hasn’t shipped. I’ll be bugging them till I get a shipping notice or a refund, but till then, I’m done with them. |

I ordered a MP TF from them and they haven't shipped it - so I called my bank and filed a dispute. They have been really good to me for the past few years however I see alot of people complaining about there orders not being shipped. They have the most useless customer service! Anyway, I got my refund and will be staying away from NY. All the best and hopefully it gets resolved man. |

Called the bank, they can't do anything as it has been more than 9 months I made the payment.. So if Nippon yasan don't deliver the item..mean they stole 450 dollars from me.. Which I cannot do anything..

Is yours EMS on Nippon Yasan?
I finally got them to ship my launcher strike part.
I made a ticket and I chatted with their service to increAse my ticket priority for their response. After every one of my response i wrote, i messaged their chat to boost my ticket. It was annoying, but i changed from EMS to DHL by paying additional 40 bucks (such a rip off)
If you have your order in EMS, Nippon Yassan will not ship until covid situation allows them to ship via EMS. They dont even let you know your order is stuck which is the dumbest part

Finally had time to sort out the funnels and it looks gorgeous! My concern though which is already a given is it tends to lean more on the right side now with the funnels, do I just need to readjust the position of the legs cause looks of weight to support goes to the left leg (abit of a concern) - any thoughts or feedback on that? TIA  |
