You'll be fine. Show Z and Gundamit are both great. I picked up my Sentinel SRX and a couple of Pose+ bots from them. It usually take a few business days and then you'll get a shipping notification. Just to give an update. My package arrived from Gundamit in a good shape. But the actual product has an actual defect. I will contact them and check out their customer service. The packaging: The item fit perfectly in a brown box. This brown box is reinforced with taped plastic corners (I never seen this before). This brown box is then packaged in a in a plastic bag bubble wrap bag (similar to Amazon). The toy package is good - box is not damaged The product: The left exhaust pipe is broken out of the box. It looks like too much was cut off the spruce Thanks for the update. Sorry to hear your copy had an issue. I'm sure Gundamit will sort it out for you, but do keep in mind Chinese new year is coming up so there might be delays due to holidays. |

from my personal experience they will help you with parts but in my case they took alot of time
make sure the image size is not huge the portal wont allow huge files

For the past year or so, I stopped getting any email notifications from them when my orders are shipped. Have to manually go to the website to my account to check. Wonder if that is the case for you guys as well. Want to see if they simply changed their order notification practices, or if their emails somehow got blocked by accident on my part. Also, if you do get their emails, can you kindly post their current notification email address here, so I can add it to my email 'safe list'?

same here and its not just showz most HK based stores dont send that email i know from the notification by the shipping company lol

i want to update something with Nin Nin
i had the GX105 in my private warehouse waiting for the release of the GX-26R so i can ship them together just like the good old HLJ style
HOWEVER Nin Nin doesn't roll like this they said their private warehouse will ship stuff by the end of the month (keep in mind the GX105 was released on the 29th of December) but they send me the shipping request on the 14th of Jan ! 1 week before the release date of the GX-26R i tried to reason with them to make it into one shipment they said no i tried to make them to at least dispatch them together they said no they cant, however they said if i chose to pay for everything up front they would wait for everything to be in stock then ship them together !
i am telling you this kinda of mentality is something else, i mean most Jap based stores right now have some craziness going on the only one is keeping it real is HLJ
oh and i forgot to mention this time they didnt force me to pay in US dollar but they charged me in Yen, so that time it was more like a cash grab nothing else

On one hand, it was Nin-nin's fault of not checking the monthly warehouse orders frequent enough, and caused major delay on your GX-105. But on the other hand, by the time you got the invoice for it, they probably have already packed up your GX-105 and ready to be shipped, so they are not gonna honor your request to take everything out and repack GX-26R with it (imagine they have to do that with all other similar requests). But good to know what happened. Had a SHF order that release before new year as well, but didn't get shipped nor have any updates for weeks. I'll probably have to follow up on that one. It was enticing to be able to 'pile of loot' a month's worth of order to save some shipping, but doesn't look like they keep track of the Private Warehouse all that well. They have been good with my normal orders though, but probably no more Private Warehouse for me from now on. Thanks for the heads up. *Update* Just checked my SHF order, finally getting prepared to ship, after almost a month delay. And it was the only item to ship, so the trouble didn't save me a dime.  |

i got the invoice for GX-26R on the 14th of this month but they didnt send me an invoice for the shipping yet, i hope they dont delay it any more

Unfortunately, the figure had the wrong parts and it prevent transformation (two right hands and two left shoulder) ... these figure are nice but it takes hours to transform them. (the fit is so tight) I found the factory over tighten a few joints which make it very hard to transform - until I figure that was the issue and adjust themn) (ShowZ did take care of another issue I had with another piece - so I am happy with their service so far) It must be a nightmare for the ShowZ support rep (Yuan) having to deal with so many QC issue ticket |

No shipping notice from ShowZ either BUT!!
Superb service and their packaging is extremely “robust.”
I had a minor issue with my shipped order and Tayler took care of it “within 10 minutes!”
(I be polite and civil and shops will more than likely work with me.)
Based on MY several orders from them, I HIGHLY recommend ShowZ. Five G’s from me…ggggGeee~~

Been around for many years, literally the biggest online import stores there is, if you don't count Amazon Japan and the likes. It is the no.1 go-to store for preorders for a lot of people. The matter is more about if you are fast enough to secure a preorder there, rather than if they are reliable. |
