usually @ 16:00 Mar-4 Japan-time among jp-shops like hlj, cdj, ae, hobby search, amiami-jp, amz-jp, etc etc. About 4-mins from now.
amiami-english is tMar-5 @ 11:00 japan-time

I logged on at 1100 Japanese time and thought PO sold out already?!?
Come back 30 mins later was able to get one.
Good to know that amiami are spacing the pre-order allocations. Not like a mad rush at HLJ, Hobby Search, etc

I have to give credit to amiami english site and their staff.
They knew that this was a hot ticket item.
They delayed their pre-order date compared to other online sites.
And they spread out the intervals at you can buy the GX-31SP until they filled their allocation. No mad rush and constant refreshes to see if you were able to get one.
Kudos to them.
