I noticed that too. It does appear to be on the same table as the rest of the Yamato displays.
Also, other than that chogokin looking toy, what's that fighter beside it that also looks like it transforms?
Could it be Yamato is delving into the whole Chogokin bandwagon again (remember Giant Robo- heavy diecast bastid!)? I hope so!

Yamato are making two transforming super robot toys, neither of which I'd ever even heard of before last weekend, Bryger and Groizer X.
I'm most interested in the Motoslave, Aramaki for the win!

It looks very TOIT in fighter mode... still a little skeptical about the battroid mode though....

It's got a kind of unique alien charm in Battroid form.

Gerwalk & fighter modes look cool, but it looks very fragile.

I agree--looks fragile though cool. But approx. $190 USD BEFORE shipping. Yikes. I'll wait for the reviews on the 1st edition before considering a purchase given Yamato's history of problems with 1st edition figures.

Yeah. Their history on first-edition runs has not been so great.

Despite Yamato's quality control problems, I'm still glad that Yamato is taking on such challenging designs and turning them into real world figures.

True. It's always refreshing to get something different.

That's a cool find, Pinoy78!
That certainly makes me breathe a little easier in terms of the effort that Yamato is putting into this toy.
Hopefully, reinforcing those areas with diecast/metal will make the toy secure in all modes.
THanks for posting! ;D

Great to see that Yamato will be incorporating more diecast into this. However, I still plan to wait for the reviews before ordering. Quality seems to usually improve by the second go around.
