Toy Wave is selling them $580. Lame, but that's the only retail seller I know of that has it.

Non-transforming figures are a total waste of money. One man's meat is another man's poison. Some people like me enjoy both as long as it's f**kin' cool. And xiombarg, no amount of engineering can beat MF GGGG.

Thanks for the toy-wave tip, I just ordered... Movie Leader Brawl. As for GBG, there's no way I'm gonna pay $580 for an all-plastic toy. I guess I'll wait until someone regrets it or gets tired of it to pay less.

How much was the non-transforming GGGG selling for? Non-transforming figures are boring, you can't do anything with them except pose them... like cheap $7 GI Joe action figures. Pointless. No amount of die-cast or detailing can save a non-transforming figure for me. You say the mf gggg is expensive but have you ever had one? did you at least hold one in your hand and looked at it closely? Or any other mf gokin? And in my opinion the mf gggg was not that expensive about 100-120 bucks when it came out. But since it was so good and was sold out quickly the prices went sky high!

No amount of die-cast or detailing can save a non-transforming figure for me. I agree that transforming is always better than non transforming generally, but not if it means a fragile, broken, or bad transforming figure. When I compare CMs transforming GGGG to the Max Factory GGGG, the CM version is poorly designed. It's very fragile and complicated, with an end result that is chunky looking and can't be moved around or played with much. As it is, the CM transforming GGGG could never have made it into the Transformers line wihtout a complete overhaul. Aqurion is another example of bad transforming that comes to mind. I guess what I'm saying is that sometimes transforming is a gamble, or maybe too complex to be done accurately. In which case I would rather have a solid, always cool Max Factory figure. I'm just hoping that CMs Baan Gaan doesn't turn out to suck. I completely agree, and i'm afraid CMS DX GBG is going the same way as GGGG. He looks very chunky too. But this is only my opinion, I collect robots and display them, never play with them, but I understand some people want to play, it's just another approach. Anyway the only time I played with the CMS GGGG it broke a knee, and I was cautious, so I think this model fail to be a good collector's item and also to be a good toy. That's why I bought the CMS Sunrise action figure, and it's really nice. but some diecast in the way of MF Max gokin would be fantastic. The price of the new GBG is also nuts.

That's before shipping from Japan. It's cheap maybe because I pre-ordered mine long time ago. Thanks to Ryan @ FantoFan. ;D He gets his stuff directly from CMS Corps and TAKARA. www.fantofan.jp/

The box for God Raikin Oh was pretty sh*tty too, the pictures all looked blurry and low-res.

According to Ryan from FantoFan, the weight is almost the same as the previous DX Genesic GaoGaiGar release.
I should be getting mine sometimes this week. I've paid $374.55 after shipping. My shipping is cheap because I've combined it with other items.

Theres supposedly diecast on it. Only on joints and such though. Its smaller than DX GGGG but bigger then the Brave Gokin GGGs.
