So that info stated this will be about 30cm 12inches?
I guess the scale for this line will not be consistently 1/100 then...its too bad.
I seem to recall the psyco towering over the Mk-II actually the MK-II didn't even reach its torso
If so I'll probably focus on just the 1/100 FIX Metal Comp as opposed to the whole line. [good news for my savings ;D]
Funny though as the MSIA Deluxe Psyco Gundam stands at around 12"
Hmmmm........more mold recycling?

a 12 inch psyco gundam for under $100 usd. for that price the mental content will be even less than the first metal composite gundam 0079-2. not good.

Well hopefully whatever little metal content it does have would be on those areas critical the figure's overall balance for the sake of those peps planning on picking this up. The psycho G. can be unstable at times when you attach is huge shield. As for me I plan to stick wth my psycho MSIA I can live without the "smudgable" paint treatment, and the expected minimal metal content

I doubt it's a recycled treatment of the MSiA mold. The prototype above features much more detail, and a more proportioned sculpt. And the smudging shouldn't be as much of an issue since this will be black.

Yeah, this thing is around 1/133 scale since the Psyco Gundam "is" around 40m tall. From the looks of it it doesn't seem to transform too.

What a strange choice for the next gix metal composite. I thought it was going to be other main character Gundam variant, instead of the giant psyco! Way to go Bandai, as long as you don't crank out repaints for the next release.
Too bad it won't be 1/100 scale, because according to Chen's measurement of the psyco, it will be a huge 40cm monster!

I think it would have been a much better fit released in the regular FIX line as opposed to the metal composite line as Bandai could have remained scale consistent @ 1/144 Its just such a turn off that it wouldn't be 1/100 and at the same time the psycho's design doesn't really feel "FIX ish" If Bandai would at least include additional "armor" parts, a different more interesting paint job and weaponry so to give this a release more of a FIX flavor then maybe it be a start. But if its only gimmick is transformation then its nothing spectacular. And if the finish would be "matte" as opposed to glossy paint smudges will be an issue regardless whether its black or white, just as it was for any regular FIX's paint job.

Wheew! We all thought that the psyco gundam is the next metal composite fix to come out after the G3 . But to think of it, the time duration from the previous product is too short. Thanks for the clarification, bro! Anyway, the psyco, as according to Chen, will be 1/133 scale, which is bigger than the regular fix at 1/144.

Here's another link: www6.ocn.ne.jp/~midori-b/newpic/nes-g0752.htmAnyway, I won't be getting this Psyco Gundam since I already have the wonderful MSiA version that transforms and is beautifully constructed (ABS plastic! not PVC). Another GFF that's being released is Musha Gundam.

but if you really observe the picture. check out the logo that i marked in red circles, it says Gundam Fix Figuration Metal Composite on the Psyco Gundam. and that of the Musha Gundam (marked in blue circle) says only Gundam Fix Figuration. i think Psyco Gundam will be a metal composite model.

You got a point there, Ed. Good observation.
I also only hear news that the GFF will be the Musha, and there hasn't been any history of Bandai releasing two different product on the same line at once, unless it's a recolor (GFF Zeta Plus A & B) or the Zeonography (Char version and regular version types) series.
HOWEVER... Isn't Bandai releasing GFF Metal Composite G-3 and Psyco at almost the same time now (although the G3 is only a repaint)?
Man, this Psyco Gundam better transform - the DX MSIA can barely hold it's shield without the arm going limp, and the MA transformation is a mess and not solid at all... Plus the folding V-fin and articulated fingers keeps falling off if you look at em funny.
Can anybody compare the DX-MSIA Psyco wth the HG UC Version?

Yep. And it's HUGE. Even if metal content is minimal, this thing will be a monster. Large-scale SOC huge. Anyone want to take my MSiA Psyco off my hands?

Another GFF that's being released is Musha Gundam. I think it will be a little bit bigger than the DX MSIA version which is only 26cm tall. The picture in your link says that it will be 1/144 scale, so that makes the height of the real Psyco to be about 43,2m. It also says FIX Metal Composite 1002, so it will probably be constructed of ABS instead of PVC. Sculpt looks more buff compared to the DX MSIA, and I hope the paint does not smudge this time... Then IT is a truly strange choice of Gundam for the next GFF Metal Composite line...

Actually, it says in the description that it will be 30cm tall.

What I meant to be 26cm tall was the original DX MSIA, so the GFF Metal Composite at 30cm will be a bit larger. Hope this clears this things up.

Ahh, I read too fast and thought you were saying the toy would be 43.2 cm tall, as opposed to the "real" Psyco being 43.2m tall!

So it wasn't the 26cm you were referring to? I fixed the thread to prevent more confusion.
