The customs guys have cats...I think that Customs Cars are Key. -snicker- murph-.
I'm trying to figure out how to/if to mod this. -sigh-. I'm going to suggest keeping the coversations beyond this off line. Much of this doesn't seem clear cut.
Maybe we should collect mailed out postcards....

buyers and sellers should always stick to their agreements, period. if the buyer is not happy with the merchandise he receives, he should immediately inform the seller, immediately is key, no excuse is valid other than being so sick that you cant communicate, being in jail or in a place where there are no ways of communication, or being dead! if an agreement cant be reached between the buyer and seller, then the buyer has to return everything, every single item he purchased from the buyer, not just pick and choose what they would like to keep and what they want to return. for what i can see here, the seller made a mistake of shipping the items before he received payment in full and also failed to ship all items that he sold (missing parts), and the buyer made the mistake of not returning all the items to the seller immediately and asking for his money back, minus return shipping. if this was a paypal case, paypal would agree with me, as i have seen it happen before.

i have to say that i purchased a loose yamato danguard ace from member daikumaryu recently. unfortunately the danguard ace arrived with a broken foot, but i contacted daikumaryu sent him pictures of the damage as proof and we agree that he would give me a partial refund for it, which he immediately did. i can see that he is producing a lot of captures of communications attempts with the buyer as well. last but not least, a lot of us know how super expensive the she figures are and god mars is not cheap either, plus ems shipping from dominican republic to the uk has to be expensive. sixshotninja is taking advantage of the situation, as he is altering the deal to his convenience. unless he is willing to return all the she figures and god mars to daikumaryu, he is someone i will not even consider dealing with ever, and most definitely not taking paypal payments from him or sending him anything without receiving payment first. i have been burned like this before and it just upsets me when it happens, even if it happens to others. be a true man sixshotninja, and return everything back for your $600 refund! but i dont think you ever will because you know the she figures alone are more expensive than that! now, prove me wrong.

hi! please any MOD to rule this issue. Its hard, or should I say impossible, for us moderators to influence a transaction. While Ed (admin1) provides this forum as a means to communicate with fellow collectors and set up deals, we in no way have any authority or involvement in the transaction. I know this has been said before and is in the FAQs ( robotjapan.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=RBay&action=display&thread=9158 ), but R-J has no responsibility or liability in personal transactions, and on the flip side, we cannot provide a judgement, IMO. I hate to see deals between fellow collectors get so out of hand and contentious. I hope that you both can come to some sort of resolution. I don't think that these public posts are going to help either side's cause. Certainly, it is always good to be warned about potential concerns with certain sellers / members, but when both sides offer their side of the story, things get complicated, and no one besides those two involved parties are aware of the full picture. I'm not really sure what else can be done in this situation other than let you two work it out privately.

I'd like to remain speechless. I almost never read this section of the forum, but today something gave me the curiosity to browse through here.
This is the first time since I joined RJ that I've seen Neg Trannies come to This level of any argument.... As in, "Koji vs Sayaka" level. But this is no laughing matter. I sincerely hope you two resolve that matter quickly. Best wishes, and good luck to you both.

So I recently won an auction for a PA-84 Bazoler on ebay. The item was listed as new condition. 35 years old, but supposedly new. The pictures looked great. Problem is when I received it, it was certainly not "new" but i'd say in C-8 condition. Small paint chip on the back side, cleverly never photographed from an angle which would reveal it in the auction. And some minor rusting/buildup on the bottom which I can clean off with a tooth brush. But I paid top dollar expecting a c-10 piece. I let the seller know I was disappointed and there response was rather harsh. What should i do? Obviously with a rare piece like Bazoler I have been searching for this for YEARS and don't want to return it, but should I give neutral/Negative feedback because the listing was pretty far from the truth?

Give the seller the feedback he/she deserves. That is the only way to, at the very least, give a warning to other buyers to ask questions and ask for pictures when dealing with that seller. I know I would... }D

^^agreed
If it's the one I'm thinking of, it was described as 'new, never played' condition, with a great looking box. Now with vintage, even deadsocks can have issues, but if it's described as new, with no pics showing otherwise, that is what you should expect to get. I would want either a partial refund or, failing that, give negative to warn others, as stated by themazingerz.

Cant he call parents to find out?? Im confused. I have been around and hear many excuses.

I haven't had any transactions with him but I remember that posting and thinking he seemed a bit off-putting with his responses in it. If you paid via Paypal file a claim immediately. It sounds sketchy as well. If he can't provide a tracking number or proof of shipment they will recover your money for you.

I already did. He will not post a reply back with paypal, only through the boards with excuses like I was hospitalized, my parents sent, I dont know tracking....even though he just had time to post a new sale. Unless his parents dont have a phone? How long with Paypal until I should send it up for Paypal review?
