Hi all,
just a quick message as I am getting married tomorrow and I have a lot to prepare for but Mazingerz is correct it cost me over $100 to send by UPS courier. The value of God mars is now well over £200.
If the item was lost in transit or damaged like how it arrived to me in the first place then I am the only one to be blamed. There is no EMS to ship overseas in the UK, only swift air which is for very small packets or parcelforce which is completely unreliable and I have lost several items with in the past.
To my knowledge UPS will not send back the item, it will be held in their depot until claimed (which can be up to several months). If they do send it back then I will ship it by through the cheapest airmail but you originally requested tracking which is only available by courier to the Dominican republic.

Wow, you are one angry person. If it was shipped last Thursday/Friday as it was should have. I never would have filed a claim. Also, you did not respond to emails from Fri-Tues/Wed. I will wait to receive package and if in good order will cancel the Paypal claim and with my credit card. No fraud there, just making sure after all your erratic posts, I receive a good item. Thank you again for the great customer service. I hope you dont have children with a mouth like that. you want me to start posting your erratic PMs now? oh never mind, i already started informing paypal with links to this board. you see a dispute claim in Paypal has this "post message to Paypal" feature including attaching pics. good thing i saw it. i haven't finished yet as your messages are quite a lot. ;D

did you even attempt to at least post a message in facebook? here's a screenshot just now: and why will an EMS delay or loss be my fault? it is also what you agreed to right? it is BOTH out of our hands.

The only series of emails i got was FROM PAYPAL ONLY DURING SENDING OF INVOICE, PAYMENT OF ITEM, AND ENCASHING THE ITEM TO MY BANK, AND THE DISPUTE STARTING WHEN I GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL. THAT'S IT. NOTHING IN BETWEEN. Yeah, tell us MORE please..

Also, not sure if you actually posted a printed receipt from your post office. All you posted was the carbon copy shipping label which you filled out....too funny too funny my ASS. if you used EMS before, the original is given to the RECIPIENT AKA BUYER. the carbon copy is retained by the SENDER AKA SELLER AKA ME AS PROOF I SENT SOMETHING AND I PAID THE SHIPPING FOR IT. man, your lack of knowledge in this is showing... really.. LOL I WONT SthingyFEED YOU ANY MORE INFO. I FEAR I MIGHT BE INCREASING THE KNOWLEDGE OF AN UNLEGIT BUYER. AND YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS FUNNY. ;D

If you paid by a credit card..you should have a receipt from the post office. If you paid by cash, you should still have a receipt from the post office with the amount shipping cost. Do they not do this where you live? I am sure your father paid by cash and lost the receipt so the transaction would not show up on any kind of bank statement..... Keep the negative comments coming. You make me laugh with all your mean comments... hahahaha ;D WHAT KIND OF STUPIDITY ARE YOU RAMBLING ABOUT?? THAT'S THE CARBON COPY OF THE EMS RECEIPT HE SIGNED HIMSELF YOU IDIOT. THAT IS THE RECEIPT YOU WILL GET TOO EXCEPT THE ORIGINAL ONE. are you having reading comprehension problems AGAIN? IS IT NOT SHOWN IN THE PICTURE? "C/O". the name after that is my father's. SCREW YOU.

Now with that said PLEASE keep this discussion between you two private. This is NOT the place to try and discredit each other or a court of law. We can neither help or hinder either one of you so try and be adults and work things out.
EDIT - There are two sides to every story some even say three, yours, mine and the truth. Both sides can explain their side of the story but beyond that anything more should be discussed privately. Just don't post pages and pages of mud slinging in the end it doesn't help one bit.

Just to back Chen up on this, we have discussed this in the admin section, and this is not the place for this kind of stuff. If you've had a bad transaction, report it in a single post that explains your side of the situation and that's as far as it should go. And likewise, the other party should only give a single response that tells their side of a given transaction. End of story.
The intent of this thread is to warn would be buyers about bad sellers, but in some cases the extent of a given warning has to be decided by the individual member himself. Any further questions or discussions concerning a transaction should be worked out with PMs or E-mails, not ongoing arguments in this thread.

Hi!
I read the posts regarding member linkuu128 (aka daikumaryu), and I have to say that he is such a good guy to deal with.
I bought some stuff from him with great 'n fair price and thanks for his generosity he also added some gift items to the package for free! + The packaging is super.
I recommend him as an honest person to deal with. Thank you.

Beware!!! Ebay seller "takashi_maruta" I purchased Gundam Fix #0010 and #0008 for $120.00 they were listed as new and unopened. When they arrived they were opened, used (with scuff marks), missing parts, and the boxes were re-taped shut. I had to pay return shipping to Japan which was $46.00. So now I am out $46.00 and have nothing to show for it.

Don't buy from eBay seller mthornbeek.
He is very dishonest. I bought and paid for an item then he refused to send it. He posted the same item twice in two days and will probably post it again. Ebay told me I was basically screwed and hung up on me.
