Don't buy from eBay seller mthornbeek. He is very dishonest. I bought and paid for an item then he refused to send it. He posted the same item twice in two days and will probably post it again. Ebay told me I was basically screwed and hung up on me. Why not file a "item not received" case? You can do this through ebay AND paypal. |

sadly i have to add ebayer "toys-discount-store" for being totally useless and a waste of time this is actually one of TISINC's other ebay names i ordered from him before "2 items" and he shipped the wrong item and forgot the other one, i got the replacement for the wrong one but not the other figure that was missing he states it is shipped and gives me tracking after about a week he refunds and says it is not in stock anymore even though it supposed to have already shipped. However i had to email and tell him he still had the item for sale in his store with about 20 in stock i never heard back. After a few months he got the Legend of BB Knight Gundam for a good price in about 10 of them i email him first to make sure he has it and I am willing to give him a second chance he says yes it is in i buy and pay instantly i receive a tracking number a day later. I wait for it to come in and this morning he refunds and say they just ran out of stock when i pad last week and he stated they shipped it already to top that off it is still for sale in his store for others to buy. i am giving him a negative asap. he is a waste of time i have been waiting for this kit to come in and once again nothing. Getting a second chance Ebayers is a blessing ruining it twice with shoddy service is a disgrace

ace_toys on ebay. Horrible seller. I had to file a item not received case.
Item never marked as shipped.
Only one response to my emails telling me he was "On Holiday and his mom was handling shipping" (is this guy a kid?)
Pretty upset with this seller.

Heads up about eBayer HollowKitty2012 (aka -quite possibly- Pailee88)
This seller listed a Super Shogun Stormtrooper Jumbo at a reasonable BIN. Seller had some negative feedback, but also positive feedback from people I recognized and have bought from in the past. So I decided to purchase the Stormtrooper and paid immediately. The item showed as shipped right away and i thought everything was fine.
Fast-forward over 2 weeks, and no item has arrived. The seller also did not provide a tracking number , which made some alarms ring. Even then, I attempted to contact the seller assuming there was a reasonable explanation. No response, and after several messages, still no reply. I finally had no choice but to open a case with eBay.
Now today, to my surprise, a seller by the handle of Pailee88 with zero feedback and a brand-new just-opened account lists a Jumbo Stormtrooper located in the same city (Glens Falls, NY). The description is in all caps, as was the listing by HollowKitty2012, and the wording is almost identical in parts.
Hopefully there's a reasonable explanation for all of this and it gets resolved, but I thought I'd drop my fellow RJ'ers a heads up about this fishy situation. Buyer beware as they say!

I ask for a tracking, and he gave me one, and web site to check the tracking, however I could not find anywhere I could type in the tracking #, and most of the site was not in english, ? For me 355.00 is a lot of money, and worry about loosing it...sorry for getting off track with this post  But if I loose my money, this is where the name of the seller will be !!!  |

lexcars2007. Do you live in the US? If so try putting the tracking in at USPS.com. I find it picks up any tracking that comes to the US.

yes try that as well because it will eventually get to the states so usps.com will be able to track it many of my packages from HK, Japan and Europe show up on usps before the get to the states so i can keep a eye on them.

This is why I try to avoid any sellers that are from Italy. Unfortunately, I was one of the buyers that an eBay seller named baronkarlo duped. I know I should not prejudge all sellers from Italy but that one transaction left a bad taste in my mouth. Luckily Paypal came through and refunded my money since the tracking number he gave me was bogus.

No luck with UPS.com, so I checked his e-mail again, this is what it said, " Yes, here is number CP013257190IT.....www.posteitaliane.it " So i tried there first....yeah right, I keep getting a big red ATTENTION with words in Itialian ? why google can not translate that part But it don't look to good..Any Itialian reading RJers here ? Or some one just a little better than I ? I'll give one more day I guess ? What other choice do I have ? |

hi it works you need to go to "USPS.com" not "UPS.com" it says it is still preparing to ship and it is priority mail sounds like it is still overseas and not even in the usa yet, he may have shipped it late and that is why there is such a delay try emailing him and finding out the exact date it shipped. usps tracking tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_inputchris edit: i also checked and translated what it said in the Italianpost site the red Attention part said the following Information not yet available. Check the accuracy of the data and try to repeat the search later or contact the post Office for acceptance or toll 803,160. it sounds like he shipped real late and it is going out now or in the next few days that is why it has just been entered into the system for them and USPS |

Wow, Thank you very much, he gave me that tracking # 31 days ago......I think it should have gone out by now ? I wrote him yesterday, and got no reply as of yet, but some people dont ck their mail every day, but i'll try again, sine you gave me this new info...you are a God send, 4 sure. i have been pulling my hair out over this !!!! If he gave me the tracking # 31 days ago, why would it not be shipped yet ? Well if it's not yet shipped, then he can just refund my 355.00 for Jumbo Grendy...i have one on hold with a great guy from this site, for 1/2 that price....Thank you again, and God bless

if it has not shipped then there is something wrong the site has recieved the info but it has not been shipped from the looks of things demand a refund or some serious answers or file a complaint through ebay and paypal for sure. it clearly has not been shipped yet maybe he is just lazy i do not know but it should have gone out by now

My thoughts exactly, I wrote him last night asking for him to just refund my money, since he never sent it out ? It just sux, my boys have been watching for him, since I said he shipped it. Well this seems fishy to me, looks like
