wow it is a shame i just saw his feedback he seemed ok, i would defienelty email asap through ebay under item not recieved and demand a answer asap and inform him how disapointed you are and you are considering bad feedback and filing a complaint he may just refund like that. no matter what i wish you good luck in getting your money back i like to think this was just laziness and nothing more so hopefully your money will be back to you soon

I agree. Go through ebay NOW. Do not wait. Get this in process with eBay as their is a 7-day clock that starts when you do it. I had to do this recently. Discovered at least 3 other people got duped by the guy I noted earlier.

I did write..no reply...so I open a case, I will leave negative feedback also, I'm just bummed, the kids were so excited for that , well at least I have one on hold, for less than 1/2 what I paid. The thing is, I always read feedbacks before bidding, Though I was in luck here  ? Another issue I am having is, I bought 3 sets of items from 1 ebayer, bidding took 10 days or so, different auction, an I wanted to combine shipping...well now ..There is a problem with his pay pal, and he wants to cancel the transactions, and re list them ? Sounds fishy, I told him, I will wait, or send a money order, or hell he can even send them COD...I got all the item VERY cheap, an me thinks he is not happy??? Am I wrong ? |

Sounds like he's having sellers remorse. Meaning the final bids were amounts that he isn't happy with. If that's the case, it's always a gamble (for the seller) if they did not have a reserve price.

Well here is the latest update on my Grendy from Italy, the wrote back to tell me he will send a PICTURE of the tracking ### ?what??? The tracking # still said preparing to leave, and I got my box !!!!!!! JUST A BOX !!!!! I wrote the seller asking what type of sick joke is this ? And he writes back to say " You got the box " was he not expecting me to get it ? Was this an insurance scam The box was smashed down in the middle, if grendy would have been in there, he would be broken...and all I found other than paper and cardboard, was a piece of the missile ...My boys tore into the box with great excitement hoping to see the Grendizer they have waited for over a month for, just to be left crying their little eyes out. Very disappointing. And I don't think he understands english too well, which make communication difficult !!! |

file against him asap do not wait at all this is clearly a scam i just checked the tracking it say it has been delivered which hopefully ebay will not hold against you i do not know what type of scam he is pulling but i hope for you, that you will get your money back these type of stories are horrible to hear. make sure you inform ebay of everything do not wait at all

You may want to report it to the U.S. Postal Service as well. The USPS takes postal scams very, VERY, seriously and work together with other countries to make arrests and such. Don't wait!  }D |

oh man sorry to hear that the kids had to go through that, my son is like that, when ever we get a package, we will call me at work and tell me that the package arrived and to hurry home so that we can open it together, buying from italy is a pain, i never do that again.  |

I had 1 seller from italy that was just great, he gave me a great price, and it was here in less than 2 weeks !!!! He put a thank you in the box for my son, and a great picture of Rome...I thought they would all be like that.....I was wrong !!!

My wife decided to surprise me by ordering the Ultra-Act Andro Melos figure back in March (He still has it listed and she is the one purchase) At first the figure was delayed so it went beyond the 45 days for Paypal protection. He said he shipped it off in late June and stopped answering her e-mails altogether since July. Wonder how bad his feedback would be if he didn't have so many pre-order items that go past the Ebay terms (he's got listings that don't come out until December!)
She's an absolute keeper that she'll try and buy me toys and I hate to see her ripped off like this.

if youre paying by paypal, always file a a dispute on the 29th day, even if it has tracking already, this is for your own insurance. its easy to close the dispute anyway. hope this helps.

Yeah, I always do, but she is pretty much a novice at these things, especially when it comes down to a transaction gone bad...and since it was supposed to be a surprise I wasn't in the loop until it was too late. Sad thing is I've done quite a bit of business with figure_house in the past but after this I'm done with them.

Why is it that after multiple emails (without any response) asking about an item you bought and paid for 2 weeks prior, do some eBay sellers finally respond when they see the words "PAYPAL DISPUTE" in your last email to them? Just sayin.....

WELL THIS WASNT A TRANSACTION.....BECAUSE OF THE PRICE..I ASK SHOGUN PLASTICS FOR A PRICE TO MAKE THE TOP HALF OF THE CONDOR, AND HIS PRICE WAS 200.00.....NOW I'M ALL FOR MAKING MONEY ON CUSTOM ITEMS, BUT FOR 60.00 YOU CAN BUY 28OZ OF RESIN AND 1 LB OF SILICONE....SO THAT LEAVES 140.00 IN LABOR TO CAST A VERY EASY PIECE, AND YOU WILL HAVE MORE THAN 3/4 OF YOUR MATERIAL LEFT.....!!! IF I HAD IT, I WOULD CAST IT MYSELF...IF HE WAS TOO BUSY, HE SHOULD SAY, INSTEAD OF GIVING A BAD QUOTE. I feel like you are yelling at us Lex!
I think he may also be counting in costs of taking away from
the work he's already got time scheduled in for and/or sales that
could have been made by doing a single Comission Job.
Just something to think about...Especially If the only thing he's ever done was quote you something
higher than you felt justifiable...

Bad transaction with Angolz online seller.
The box to my chogokin came with one smashed corner and one tear. Pictures included. Its unlikely this happened in transit as the toy box was wrapped in bubble wrap. They picked a toy with a messed up box and sent that to me.

Hmm...I've only had positive experiences buying from Angolz. Have you contacted them? Their customer service people are usually great and answer right away.
