Sorry to hear that there's another victim of this MF. I am patiently waiting for the last day to strike him a bloody negative. He can't speak english!!!!!! If you paid by paypal, try to claim the payment! This way we can definitively close his account. AGAIN, AVOID AVOID AVOID I already did with paypal, with square trade too and in 15 days with ebay, then the 2nd part of my plan, he´ll not get away so easily from me. At least you got your item with you, right?

I bought a Henshin Cyborg 99 from this jerk-off pi111ta and I paid 18$ shipping. 3 months later it never got here. I had emailed him about 3 weeks on and he said it should be here already and that he'd "check with the post office" and he never wrote me back since. I was very polite and undertanding, but he wouldn't even andwer me if 18$ was for registered mail or not. Then the ba$t*rd had the balls to show up on ebay again selling the same item!! At least I got to write a nasty feedback on him, but I wasted $50 on nothing. feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=pi111ta&item=5946591562&iid=5946591562&frm=1883&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:SIDmy id here is the same as my ebay id.

Hello again Mr. Lai (ebay ID pi111ta email timtoy9999@yahoo.com.hk) As you can see from the heading of this email, I am also sending this to the Micropolis Embassy newsgroup. In case you don't know the Micropolis Embassy has 437 members who actively discuss and collect Microman, Henshin Cyborg as well as all kinds of other items such as Soul of Chogokin. I addition to the 437 members many others simply read the messages without posting. I will also post the same thing at the Robot Japan message board which has 1419 members who collect an even wider variety of toys. I am not a member of other lists, but I will find out about any that exist and join them so that I can post this message. On October 9th I bought a Cyborg99 figure which I paid $30 and $18 shipping for, which it turns out was not only uninsured but also not even registered. It costs $8 to ship the same thing from Japan. When I did not recieve it 3 weeks later I contacted you politely to make sure you had sent it. I am very tolerant of late packages because as a seller I know things can sometimes be delayed, or busy sellers occaisionally ship things a week or so after the item is won. Your reply was simply "will check with post office". After that I never heard from you again, and more importantly never recieved anything, 3 months later. I know things occaisionally get lost in the mail, which is not the seller's fault, and normally I would not hold it against you. However you childishly avoided even answering any of my inquiries, and didn't even have the maturity to offer an apology, or at least to state that you are not responsible for lost packages. Even worse on your part, while you completely ignoraed any subsequent emails where I again politely asked you simple things like what method you used to ship, whereas you initially had the good sense to disappear from ebay for two months, you now, with no shame you return SELLING THE EXACT SAME ITEM WHICH YOU FAILED TO SHIP TO ME, but this time for $10 leading me to believe that you may not have even shipped the item in the first place and SIMPLY STOLE MY MONEY. Calling you on the phone number provided by ebay was also useless since the number you gave me has no answering machine, not that you would have answered it had I left you a message. You obviously are not ashamed or embarassed by this behaviour but now 1900 readers can be ashamed and embarassed for you. Anyone who enjoys being treated this way and not recieving their items, please by all means purchase from pi111ta! Seeing as you obviously still have that figure, I would strongly recommend you removing it from ebay and sending it to me that way if you do I can at least post that fact here on these lists so that people can see that even if you are cowardly, you are at least not a thief. Please ship to BY THE WAY EVERYONE - If anyone here feels like writing that imbecile a letter about how they wont buy from him, or how theyll tell all their friends not to buy from him, please do so! I know most of you haven't had transactions with me and that you have other things to do so no obligation, but if you feel like it thatd be great. Eventually this creep will feel scared for the only thing he cares about (except for doing it with his relatives) which is his wallet and he'll give me a refund or send me another one. If he would have only apologized or at least answered my emails and told me hes not responsible for lost items I would have let it go. I hate immoral cowards. [my address here] Canada If your postal system is so bad perhaps you should consider using insured mail. Good luck wih all your future ebay transactions! *** Of course now that I sent him this he gave me my first negative feedback feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=johnnyhaggisTHis is why I try to avoid giving bad feedback, bt this guy is too much!

I just thought i'd share my experience with ebay seller n8kzl. I bought 2 power ranger items from him off of ebay, and when they arrived, they were totally different than what was displayed on ebay. Firstly, they were missing parts and instructions, although they were advertised as complete. Also, the boxes were entirely different than the ones displayed. The seller refused to admit that the items were different, even after photo evidence. Claimed his son put the items up, and he had inspected them PERSONALLY, and that they were complete, insinuating that I had somehow lost them. After much haggling, he agreed to a refund if I shipped the items back to him at MY expense. I said to hell with that. Here is the image comparison, you be the judge: Anyway, the moral is avoid this guy.

sadly got another one to add. There's an italian dude, devilman2000x@hotmail.com, who ripped me off 200 euros for a grendizer he actually never sent. Magically disappeared. I know many italians, good people most of em. This one really pisses me off. If you're reading this man, you're a total loser. Keep my money, I'll consider it charity. You're aa little man who needs this tricks to have the feeling of success in your life. But you're throwing bulls**t on the reputation of your italian fellas.
Moral: avoid this scumbag.

I was ripped off by a French Person who I thought was a friend for awhile. I ended up sending over $500 in trade of toys. He e-mailed saying he received. Then he said he mailed me my stuff. I never received and he said it must have been lost in the mail. He said it was my fault, France has no tracking system and he will not send any of my toys back even though he just bought the toy for me for a lot less.
He has switch his e-mails around a lot,
Vadim Le Joncour froum Rouen. If you see him, kick him in the balls for me.

That's untrue: AFAIK France has a tracking mail service, I have been shipped a few times by french people. I must say that I found some really good people, as well as a couple of scumbags.

If so Ebay keeps detailed information for 90 days, so you have 90 days to leave feedback.

I had a transaction with a person for this ebay auction: 5983835188 for a Poem Govarian DX, that he claimed to be a japanese version without accessories. 1st of all, it's not, it's a taiwanese bootleg. I asked him TWICE. 2nd, he refuses to comply with buyers' rights. 3rd, it's missing a half of the back. It's not just a plain accessory as he said it's missing. 4tj, he doubled the shipping fees (US$ 18, he paid US$ 9)just because a member of this board, daikengo, that I know personally, charged him US$ 20 to ship to his location. Everyone knows that Italian post service is extremely expensive.USPS is cheaper! It's been a pain in the a** so far, I will never ever get a even a nail from him anymore. Avoid.

Hi Luca! BTW, if Daikengo here is the same daikengo on Ebay, he was the original owner of this govarian. He can confirm if it's original or not.
To add some more spice to the story, I wrote him saying I want my money back and applied to Paypal's security. He's now trying a reverse chargeback against me!
