moreover his pics are not detailed, won't snap other pics of the items upon request, and if anything goes wrong, as my case, simply ignores you! PUAH!

just wanted to say that my only "not too good" experience with an ebay seller was with popsalute. I bought a gx-04b from him. according to him the gx-04b should have been in "brand new condition", "unused"!!! the grendizer I got has multiple flaws (has been played with extensively) and has a very big scratch on his breast..... else, okay... but this SOC was far from being brand new and unused. I thought i was the only one dessapointed with popsalute, and yes he is not what he claims to be.

Popsalute is a liar and a thief. I sent him $418.00 for the Ltd. Blk Getter. Out of the $418.00 he hustled from me, I'm only eligible for $175.00 through ebays buyers protection F'n Bull $^*T I've already filed a claim with ebay as well as through my credit card company. This FOOL needs to be takin' OUT!

In the past i buy Predaking Reissue from popsalute and after a week he asked me 5 usd more to ship the item... i paid and Prdaking arrived to me but i wasn't very happy of this...
Be aware from countrytime_toys... he said my Supreme Starscream was shipped.. than he said is returned back... after 2 months no item... Fortunally i contacted paypal before the 40 days and i think i will have back my money... He was with 100% positive feedback and now he has a negative feedback (item never received)... i'm thinking if to leave the feedback... because i have 100% feedback and i think he could leave me a negative one only because of mine... This manner is a bad thing that ebay must resolve.

I think it's legitimate to protect one seller's privacy. After all you can still see how many negative or positives one gets. In this case, it's a clear attempt to hide his scams.

popsalute, you su*k!

Ebay would make his work.... take away all bad sellers.... after 1 or 2 negative transations I don't agree with this privacy mode... the nick name exist for this reason, so seeing the comments is a good thing for the entire ebay system...

Hi guys...S'me, Hate to be devils' advocate but a seller can omit details about an item as much as they like as long as what they put up is correct.
This isn't the case in your auctions but here's an example: There's a gold Lightan toy up on ebay.au right now. The seller has put down what the item is and what the date stamp says and what company made it (POPY). Some poor shmoe is about to pay $65 for it when it's not an original 1981 gold lightan but a mini, plastic reissue worth $9.
The seller is not obligated to put in the fact that it is 3 inches high and not chogokin (die cast)
It's a crap thing to do but a lot of people do it. I just bought a scope dog that turned out to be a useless vinyl kit. When I checked the sale all the guy had written up was "Scopedog roughly 8 inches tall".
I bid on it, who's fault was that....mine or his? Mine. Should have known better.
You guys got straight up ripped....like a cheap suit on Clarky Kent.

I think a good seller have to describe well as possible the item... infact if he doesn't do this paypal refund ALWAYS.... because if you write something and not someother you are f**king the buyer...

A seller can decribe whatever he or she wants as longs as it is the truth. Quid est veritas? LOL As long as the item is not being misrepresented. But as a Buyer -Only participant of eBay, I will say sellers need to point out obvious things like; "This Voltes 5 has a big ass crack going right through the middle of it, caused by a freak Katana experience. " But I don't need the weight, smell, etc. What i hate is when these Ba$tards setup an auction and claim that they have 23 in stock...with the action still running, offer a Buy It Now and free shipping, then the sob's send you everything back and say it is out of stock. This is actually illegal in the US and can be perceived as mail fraud. It is illegal to sell anything you don't have.(Doh!) ;D ;D ;D

Neutral negative feedback has been retracted for user mayita. It was a misunderstanding. Issue has been resolved.
Thanks again to mayita for willing to work this out. Positive feedback has been posted.
To all others who read this...here's a little FYI:
I AM NOT A STORE! I CANT AFFORD TO TAKE A LOSS! DON'T COMMIT UNLESS YOU'RE SERIOUS! I AM ONLY SELLING TO HELP COLLECTORS HERE IN RJ AS THIS A HOME FOR ME. I AM NOT HERE TO MAKE MONEY. I ONLY SELL FOR THE TOYS TO PAY FOR ITSELF AND IN HOPES OF BEING COMPENSATED MINIMALLY FOR THE SERVICE I AM TRYING TO PROVIDE!
So lesson learned: KNOW THE PERSON YOU ARE DEALING WITH. Buyers: don't be such hagglers to the point where you are asking the seller to take a loss. Sellers: know your buyers! Mamas: Don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys!
'nuff said!
