Well, hate to update this list, but buyers should be warned.
Watch out for ebay member vitoruza. He has 100% feedback, but it is all as a buyer.
I bought a Gatchaspartan off him for what looked like a really great deal. He then claimed in an off ebay email that he's having trouble with his paypal account and if I still want the toy, to send money to this other paypal account. I contacted another buyer of his and his response was "The guy is a fraud. There are no items." So it sounds like the guy is basically using the funds from his fraudulent sales for his own purchases.
So just a word of warning if you see any "too good to be true" deals from this seller, or some rare piece that hardley ever comes up. It's not real, and stay away if you want to avoid any hassle.
edit: No longer registered on ebay (surprise, surprise)

Hey guys, don't know if anyone else has mentioned this guy, but it seems like an incredibly bad and shady toy trader is back in action on eBay. The seller's name is Dennis Barger and he's selling under the eBay ID of wonderworldamesandtoys. A search for him on Google Groups shows nothing but trouble. To his credit, most complaints are from 2000 so it's 8 years later now. But then again look at the depth and scope of complaints against him. It's a tad frightening. Best of luck to anyone who decides to bid/buy this guy's stuff.

Held this in for awhile, but I had a bad, expensive experience with ebayer dx*chogokin*king, back in Dec/Jan involving a Clover DX Zambot. Item never arrived, tracking number never had any record of movement, and I got no response, or help from the seller with multiple nice emails sent through every avenue I could think of to reach him. I reported to Ebay/Paypal, but was too late to do much, since I gave the benefit of the doubt, my Mistake! Seems ok with little items, but has bad , or no feedback for expensive items, including this Zambot, and a Chokinzoku he allegedly had for sale. Could be an idiot that ships boxes to lala land, but I call out a scammer. Please beware! Btw, if anyone got a Zambot , or Chokinzoku by accident, would love to hear about it. LOL!

Tisinc99 (found through Amazon.com)
Not really bad they just have a habit of listing toys "instock" when they really dont have any.
This is a real bummer because they often list the lowest prices (and shipping too) and tend to have many discontinued model. So when your like, Yeah i finally got my hands on that elusive figure, you are bumed out when they email you saying its no longer instock (usually two days later). They are prompt with refunds, just a big waste of time though and full of false hopes.

Could be an idiot that ships boxes to lala land, but I call out a scammer. Please beware! Btw, if anyone got a Zambot , or Chokinzoku by accident, would love to hear about it. LOL! Well this sounds very much like my experience with a Malaysian seller named Koay Chong Seng, also no feedback on expensive items but good on little items. Won a Zambot 3 but he sent me a plastic The Fly figure instead! Since I was at the post office to collect the parcel I "return to sender" it so I avoided paying for sending it back to him. The seller said he erroneously sent the Zambot to the Philippines but never really asked me whether I still want it or not if it ever comes back to him so I guess there is no Zambot at all. When I requested for a refund he said he has to see the parcel that I returned first. The plastic toy I sent back is worth $20 at most while the Zambot's is way higher than that so that wasn't fair at all I thought. To make matters worse, it took over 2 weeks for my returned parcel to reach him. I repeatedly asked for a refund but he refused (all the time pretending to be polite and a pro seller) and he insist that I return his The Fly figure first! He even sent me an email asking me if the address of me that he has is right so that he can send somebody to sort me out! In the end I was able to prove to Paypal that he received the parcel I returned but sadly there was no money left on his account and my claim also is not eligible for protection as transactions with Malaysian sellers are not covered (Which baffles me). All the trouble of a claim for nothing. If you know scammer Koay Chong Seng, kick his teeth in for me!

Sorry, when you tried to save the shipping when you returned the item, you did not cover yourself. Even if you had to spend the money you should have sent it with confirmation. Return to sender can take a much longer time, since it is at the discretion of the PO.

That was the first time I did that return to sender thing, anyway i believe there was no toy and he really has no intention of giving me back my money whether he received his parcel earlier or not. After this transaction the seller received 2 new negative feedbacks! I guess he's retiring or something.
Lesson learned, expensive but I learned something.

Ebay user: microboy7875
Avoid at all costs. This buyer is in Italy and a fraud. He begged me to ship it to him in Italy at a discount price (I do not usually ship outside US). I sold him one GE-10 Gaiking MISB and one GX-12 MIB (not sealed) and even gave him a ridiculous discount shipping. Total with shipping to Italy he paid $100, a very good deal.
He gets the items in less than 5 days and complains that GE-10 has been opened before and says it has "paint problems on one of the hands". He has no real complaints of any kind of damage, his theory on GE-10 was that it had double tape and this is why its not new.
So then he threatens me with negative feedback unless I give him a refund without sending the items back to me!!! I tell him I will issue a full refund (shipping included) once the items are received back to me. He says he can't ship them back because its too expensive.
So finally he leaves me my first 2 negative feedback. He even left negative for GX-12 which he has no real complaint with. Of course EVILBAY will not do anything about it and I can't even leave him negative feedback!!!
I think I am done with selling on EVILBAY, there is no way to prevent buyer from ripping you off.

I wish I could have purchased the lot you sold for US$ 100! My suggestion is : ALWAYS ship insured. There's plenty of scammers on evilbay and the only thing that ensures sellers a bit is insurance. PM me so I'll follow up.

Bad Ebay seller: animeking_inc
The auction was for a LIMITED EDITION Sankan-Oh.
The seller supplied a normal edition figure.
This guy won't reply my email messages no matter how many I send. I am ready to start a dispute.
It is sellers like these that Ebay need to ban!

VERY BAD transaction that took place back in may of 2007 with RJ member captainamerica for taking 3 Garada SOC GX-25 to custom paint them and not only taking my 3 GX-25's but also $60 in cash plus ignoring all kinds of communications such as emails and phone calls. I guess I have given you more than enough time! Today is his birthday and I saw the last time he logged-in to RJ was April, 27th of this year 2008 SHAME ON YOU MAN!!!!! was it worth it?

NEgative transaction
LImited Revoltech Gurren Lagann WF metallic version, got it for $102(usually its $200), seller said it was returned to him, i didnt get even one notice that it was here in NY nor a tracking number that he told me he will provide...then asked me to pay shipping again(from japan).
<----Over there is the username. under my Avatar. you win something exclusive with this guy at half the price.... ha! goodluck in getting it. i wish i could have at least left a negative feedback before he gave the refund. (it was easier for him to give a refund of course, sell that toy again and it will go up 150 or more).
#$(*&@#$(*%&($&()$#$)(#* <----- Curse him!
