The cool thing about a scale D.M. would be that the little vehicles could have a bit more detail and function in them.
I'd buy a $700.00 Daiku Maryu.

See if Soul of Popynica comes up with Nesser, Skyler, and Bazoler. I shouldn't be posting this. What if some fiend at Bandai picks up on this thread and uses the info to mount a lethal assault on our credit cards. I see barefoot children. I see hungry cats. I see midnight calls to those quicky-cash lend you a thousand bucks at 65% interest places that advertse on late night cable stations. Stop it, Bandai!! DO NOT MAKE THIS TOY, YOU FIENDS!! JWM

JWM, I agree with you Bandai CAN NOT make the Daiku Maryu. I have no self control like many others on this board, and I would be forced to buy him. We are better off if Bandai leaves this one out

I wonder if he'll have a name plate or a sticker?

Seems as of late they all have the sticker. I liked the older socs with the plate. Would even be better if the plate was die cast as well.

In all due respect, Bandai could probably buid one in china that is really inexpensive even with great articulation and metal content. But, the problem would be whether or not they are willing to sell it for a relatively inexpensive price.... Regardless, we are lambs to the slaughter and if they indeed come out with one at whatever the price, I am getting one. But, hopefully a litle later on as I am saving up for the ga-50.... That way I have all the versions....

Expect the plate. The reason recent ones have had stickers is that the stands themselves were reused from back when they didn't have the slots for plates. (ova version mazinger stand for the kikaijuu, old girl bot stands for the girl bots)

The first ones were stickers with Kanji and Katakana and then the plates in English (Roman), so are these going to be stickers too?

It might be, but if it is then it will be pretty unbalanced. My guess is that it won't be or atleast only partialy diecast. Anyway in about 17 days we'll find out ;D
