So apparently this is a universal problem. Just checked on mine and there it is, a crack in the right shoulder joint. The left shoulder has a tiny one that's just starting. I've owned him since the first release and he's always been on display in my room. Also torso/leg joint has become very loose. I guess it's time to clean him up and put him back in the box before a total break happens.

Here are the official photos of my very own Fewture EX Gokin Getter Robo G Getter Dragon. That was a mouthful. I really had a lot of fun with the poses and articulation it has. Much better than BGRM in that regard. It is also quite a gorgeous piece. I advise any Getter Robo fan who doesn't own this yet to grab it ASAP. It's well worth the money. Enjoy the photos! Great photos, this EX Getter G is so nice. Thanks! It's really great one of my most beautiful display pieces. The design and color scheme do help.

Fantastic photos!! My only complaint looking at the figure itself is that I was thinking to myself... why are those wheels on its forearms? Then I realized that they are actually supposed to be saw blades. Or do they double as wheels in the separated vehicle mode? None of the other figures depict these as wheels. They are saw blades indeed. The downside is that they don't rotate on this figure. Glad you like the photos!

I'd like to post a different kind of photo I took for the BG Grendizer. I did the same thing with the SOC Grendizer back in 2008 and it instantly became a viral photo in my country and the surrounding region because of how popular Grendizer is. I had just gotten it the day before and the weather was amazing on an off-day. So I went out and took a few shots. This image is made up of two exposures, one with Grendizer in focus and the other with the towers in focus.
Well here we go again. Grendizer and Kuwait Towers ( Brave Gokin Edition ) [/div] For additional information on the towers: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuwait_Towers
So shiny! Did you wax it or is it just from the lighting?
No waxing here. The weather was amazing and if you try taking this bad boy outdoors, you'll notice that the paint job is very reflective and looks quite different in sunlight. That and I tweaked the clarity a bit to emphasize on the reflections.

So they just bubble wrapped the original brown box and shipped it that way without using any packaging box? Mine was protected by a corrugated box so the original brown box is well protected (cause I made a special request before this Angolz store shipped mine), then again, mine has paint defects on both shoulders and right leg, better check yours in details. I would rather have a slightly damaged toy box than having paint defects on the gokin itself . No it came in two boxes a main shipping box then the standard EX Gokin packing box. Yet somehow it was still damaged probably prior to my purchase and shipping. Other than one of the Double Tomahawks being slightly out of place in the foam packing, everything else is fine.

Cool....let me know about your buying experience once you receive the getter dragon, like I mentioned earlier, I've never bought anything from them before, would like to hear your feedback. As you can see from my previous post I have received my Getter Dragon from Locus. Only two things of note about the store is that the shipping box, even though well protected and covered in bubble wrap. Still had some bangs that affected the actual inner box slipcase. Also it took a whole week to get here on EMS, while orders from Japan using the same shipping method take no more than 3-4 days. But I would do business with them again as I got the Dragon for a really good price. Thank you for pointing me to them!

The beast has arrived! Only two days after receiving Fewture Black Getter Ryoma Mode Repaint. It feels sort of lighter in comparison to the Black Getter, but I assume it will be heavier after I attach the wings. Also I don't know if this is normal or not, but the thigh/torso joints don't click when moved the same way that all my other Fewture EX Gokins do. But it has better standing balance than BGRM. Probably the best of the 4 Fewture EX Gokins I own. (Jouhmaru, Mazinger 1969, Black Getter Ryoma Mode) So at least this should make posing it for the photo session much easier. Who wants to see proper photos of this bad boy?

Those are some very nice pics. I'm still on the fence about getting this one. I used to have the original but alas, I sold it a few years ago. What I paid for it and what I sold it for was well justified to me. Needless to say, I was so excited when Fewture came out with this one. I think even if I had paid for this myself. It is totally worth it. I've only gotten into the Fewture EX Gokin releases this year and I think they're amazing. Also Dragon has finally arrived and I'm going to post pics of that soon

GTMQ8, your pictures are amazing! You made it look more sinister than ever!!! }D Thank you I am very fond of the sinister look that Black Getter already embodies. It would have been amazing if it had the eyeballs!

Calm down chogokinabdul, here are the pics.
I am so in love with this figure. Not even a day in my collection and already it is one of my top favorites. I really had fun taking photos of this awesome piece from Fewture. It does have parts that fall apart easily, especially the upper chest piece, but other than that very solid and amazing in details. Best birthday present ever! All these were shot with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II with 24-105 F4L IS Lens + 2x 580EXII flashes. Enjoy the goodness that is Fewture Black Getter.

I'm a happy boy today. Just got this as a late birthday present from one of my American friends in Seattle. After only about 30 minutes of messing with it, I can honestly say this is a really impressive EX Gokin figure. I have always loved Ryoma's Black Getter from Shin Getter Robo OVA. Proper photos coming soon.
