Some progress made today. Got the back attachment piece cleaned up and in the mold right now.
Have the wing in the mold process as well. Hoping it comes out good as the Oomoo silicone seemed to set up a little faster than normal. I was playing with my new vacuum pump and may have played too long with de-gassing the silicone.

Thought I would post an early pic of the Jet piece. The wing will be 3 pieces: the attachment piece into the oval hole that shoots GaiKing's missles, the main wing itself, and then the jet piece.
The attachment piece is pretty much done, am deciding which way to go for fitting the pieces together. Either by screws or try to snap them together. Am thinking screws for easier molding.
Am hoping to get molds going by Friday for the pieces. The wing is a flat design and I think making a pour mold will be easier than getting red plastic and trying to cut it to size.

Great documentation of your build. I get bad at taking pics and even worse for putting something nice together for sharing.
Some of the fun, seems to be finding odd things to use for building from instead of building up from wood, bondo, milliput, or flat plastic completely. LOL, I remember a scratch built X-wing when I was very young, the cockpit body was from my Mom's empty, plastic deodorant stick.

Got any pics? Making a custom Jet Scrander (Dash Scrambler) is on my shorter to-do list for my Mazinga, I am leaning towards the snap-on waist holder instead of the belt though. Or possibly use the shoulder missile holder area to allow Mazinga or GaiKing dual usage.
Seeing pics of Mazinga with the jet attachment wing, makes him look so much cooler

The unbroken tongue lever ones go higher, but recent activity on ebay for godzilla with fist, but broken lever have been in the $40 - $60 + shipping range. Some get a bidding war and go higher, but just gotta pick and choose, and bid at the last second :-D

The cry part was "tongue in cheek", Seems like there has been some better prices on ebay lately, and yet some jumbos go for much more. Must be the luck of the draw for a bidding war.
I am not much of a box collector and will see about offering this Mazinga first here. I mainly wanted the missiles and another original condor ship. I will outfit it with a repro swords and ship, but I haven't gotten into the missile making repros yet as there is a seller on ebay and has good pricing IMO for them.

Was checking some ebay new auction listings and missed out by 1 minute on a Dragun and 2nd version Raydeen with all accessories and boxes in fair shape @ Buy It Now $55 each.
I did keep refreshing and snagged a 1st version Mazinga with all missiles and box, but no swords and a taped firing arm for the $55 listed Buy It Now.
I most likely really don't need him, but I couldn't just let it pass at the price for completing out my other jumbos with missiles.

Nice collection, I like the accessory packages. Unfortunately, I don't have any other jumbos than what you have.
I favorite hand accessory is the one with the shooting claw type missiles, it is on my list to find at some point besides Yahoo Japan Auctions.
