Can point me on where to get/buy the studs? You can get the studs at your local craft store... if you're in the U.S. try Michael's or Jo-Ann Fabrics or HobbyLobby. You can also look for these stores online and order through their websites. While you're at it you can also check to see if these stores might also carry the other extra materials and tools that you may need, as listed in the Extra stuff in Ninjahandz's previous post. -------------- I gotta say this is one helluva genius project, Ninjahandz! And that you're following it up with a tutorial on how to assemble this Ash Maz kit is like waaay above and beyond anything fans here could ask for- we really appreciate this very much and soon fans here will have this kit assembled and be happy to own something that is genuinely made by your hands. Thanks Eternal! zozo-mag Thanks tony !

I had a lot of fun reading through this thread. My vote goes to GX-01R. It's probably my favorite SoC overall (tied with GX-27), even including all the combiners.. it's just so iconic and classy, and just beautiful. Now I haven't taken the plunge on the DX yet, but I plan on doing it very soon. I would love to see the GX-01R with the metal pieces painted white, like they did with the Raideen "fade" set, but I'm not going to complain about the majesty that is 01-R, especially since I got him for $45. A few months ago. My only question, my GX-01R, GX-02, and GX-04S all have the same problem, a loose elbow swivel on the right arm... it's there any way to tighten that up? But yeah, so much love for all the SoC Mazingers, as far as I'm concerned they can make and repaint them all they want, cuz I can't get enough Mazinger Z ! Collect them all bro ! Well not all in these pic

Well I've allready sold my gx13, dont know wether it turned back to yellow or not, maybe once the plastic is yellowed, it will be like that again. So the last choice is just to repaint them.

Good thing about this soc is its easy to take it apart to repaint or repair because of the screw placement and no snap on parts

Long time ago I've bought a 2nd dancougar for $80 because of the yellowing parts, mostly on the wings, open it and dip it in peroxide, 12% i think, put it under the sun for 2 days, and it recovers, sold it back for $150. Wings, arms and thigh will yellowed over time, but my 1st dancouga dont have this problem, and been displayed for nearly 3 years now

Uhh I'm just going to go off a limb and say the MG Full armor parts should fit onto the GFF version. It shouldn't really be a problem at all It actually does fit, but need to trim the connections and pegs abit, once u do that, it will never fits in the MG kit again The best part is the beg pack add on frame from the MG comes with the connection for gundam MG stands, with that, your GFFMC unicorn can fly and do in flight pose on the stands *why is this not in the diecast chogokin section ?

^ +1 on this, how's the diecast on the two? I'm on the fence with the ES line. I really don't know if I should start collecting this line or not... something seems off for me. Gold It's the same for me. I don't know whether or not starting to collect it. The prices are not that high, the figures have a nice sculpt and good articulation + enough gimmicks to satisfy the buyer. BUT the QC is not really great I've heard, as it often seems to happen with Fewture products, the metal content sometimes is unjustifiably low (for figures this size), and I'm not digging the SD look that much I'm on the fence too, but I've decided I'll make the final decision after ES Gokin Godmars comes out. Most of the ES Gokin line have 70% of diecast, thats from body to the leg, and the only problem I have with this line is in one figure, baikanfu, the screws in the dummy figure (which u use if u dont want to put the other two robots in the bigger ones)is rusted, which is not a problem, the screw it can be replace.. To me the best in this line is this maz combo and the gaiking trio, pure awesome, and the poseability is comparable to SRC or even better (stability)
