My sole reason for not buying this CW Superion Look, he is giving birth to Silverbolt.

The upper body looks nice but the thigh/leg part looks pretty thin to me. I want some muscle, more form to it. Thou its cheap at moment and ya couldn't ask for anything more for it.

I think the thin legs homage the old toy. I have a bootleg mini Superion and the legs are quite thin compared to the rest.

Haha, well done Coldiron ! The pooping head of Superion is a pistransformation. Dengeki Hobby has the answer : Figure king :

Haha, well done Coldiron ! The pooping head of Superion is a pistransformation. Dengeki Hobby has the answer : The pooping head was not a mistransformation as I specifically requested it to be done. Was trying to prove a point on what I didn't like about this set. Just lazy engineering by Hasbro. All you are doing is fold up Silverbolt's legs, pull out the combiner mode head and then turn Silverbolt upside down, in a hand stand pose to combine him. No thanks, now if Mircoblaze or any other 3P come out and make another Silverbolt figure then perhaps I would consider getting the limbs.

One beef that I have with the Aerialbots, specifically with Silverbolt, is the "yoga robot with a plane backpack" syndrome. Whether official or third party, no one has come up with a way of making 'Bolt's underside clean. Could it be that the size is making it impossible or the production cost of engineering it would be too expensive for mass production? I do hope that someone comes up with one in the very near future. In the meantime, looking forward to the release of the Takara Unity version

^ It's because Hasbro and 3rd Party companies who are making Silverbolt rendition keep choosing planes with little or no undercarriage (plane that has a "flat" silhouette) as an alt mode. If they choose something like an XB-70 Valkyrie, there's a lot of boxy undercarriage that can be used to hide all the robot parts. A Russian Tu-26 Backfire would probably also make a good Silverbolt due to its generally blocky shape. Just look at how flat an SR-71 Blackbird is from the side. I think a B-1 Spirit would've made a better Silverbolt (Or make it a Russian Blackjack), but an XB-70 or Tu-26 would be more ideal because they're blockier planes. Unfortunately, B-1, Tu-26 or Tu-160 Blackjack are swing wing planes and will probably not go well with G1 purists looking for a fixed wing aircrafts. However I'm puzzled that when HasTak designed generations and CW Silverbolts whose alt modes are both fictional jets, they don't try to disguise the hanging robot parts as bomb bay or engine pods. These guys are just not using their imagination to the full...

I thought silverbolt was always a Concord jet?

G1 Silverbolt is definitely a Concord.
In TFC's rendition he was an SR-71 Blackbird. CW Silverbolt seems to be a fictional supersonic airliners, while Generations (I meant to say the Universe) Silverbolt (with the sound effects)seems to be a heavy fighter or a medium bomber. I'm not sure if the core of the Universe Superion is also called Silverbolt or not, but it also transform into an attack jet, similar to a medium bomber.

The foot, and head are awful. Those two things really bring this figure down. If you could put a better head on it at the very least, it would help the figure a lot. I am pretty happy with my Maketoys giant, so it will stay that way.

Third party tf makers are far more better than this titan devastator......I wasnt really hoping they could really pull off a nice rendition, but this is really the worst Devastator in my opinion!

I agree, but then again the third party offerings are all around 3x the price of this guy so for those looking for a basic Devastator combiner without a colossal pricetag, I suppose this will suit them well. Personally, I wouldn't trade in my Maketoys Giant for anything, but it's cool to see Hasbro making a fairly serious effort to make combining toys again.

Totally true with the price tag but I just dont get it, why cant they re engineer or come up with a better design than this? I mean there are some cheap TF offerings from Hasbro like for example the recent Classic Jetfire. Thats was cheap as hell thou the design and execution was NOT that perfect but it was leaps and bound compared with the other previous Jetfire releases. I mean the opportunity to re-create devastator is already here but I guess Hasbro was just too lazy to come up with a good rendition of Devastator. Price wise I guess its acceptable to hardcore fans but Hasbro's not taking my money on this Titan Devy for sure.
