Wow tons of die cast in this figure! I do wish the upper arms were die cast too as it's it has always been die cast in all soc mazingers. I still can't believe Bandai has managed to pull me back again into buying another Mazinger!

this is the most anime mazinger z ever made! we know there are many mazingers figures already, but this one is the only one that really looks like the cartoon mazinger. the others may be nice but are just similar to the show, and never really gave mazinger z actual design justice. that is why i will sell them minus the gx-07 and gx-45 because they are actually different mazingers.

Sell all your chubby Mazingers make way for The Kate Moss Edition. I like it, mostly glad it's not super expensive. Seems like everything is $300 lately. Now if only they would make an anime accurate Tranzor Z....

Anime accuracy doesn't mean line to line duplicate of a single cell image.
This is more then close enough to call it anime accurate.

Grendy desreves to have this treatment. i have to disagree with you on that statement. i know that action figures are hard to make anime looking because of the joints, but they can closely be made like they look on tv. when they start making them look bigger or with putting extra details in the figure that were not on the tv version, that is when they loose their anime looks. this mazinger z is very close to the show looks. that image from the show is in perspective angle and not good for comparison unless you take a picture of the soc in the same perspective angle. |
