Nice!!
Can some bro tell us what and where of that silver replacement piece is though?
What is the piece called? What size? And is it readily available? Can we get it from a hardware store or a hobby shop?
Thanks in advance. I don't have this figure but I'm sure spot of bros would like to know

I can make the part no problem but I need someone to send me the original part first. Even if just for a few days and I would send it back.
After that I could post the part in shapeways. Hopefully it would be cheaper there
If anyone wants to lend me the part, let me know

A fix that adds 10% to the cost of an already astronomically expensive robot seems excessive. I really hope for you guys Sen-Ti-Nel comes up with a fix. What is going on with them lately? Have they hit a problem plateau of growing pains? Their QC has normally been better than these recent releases.

If i was Sentinel and Bandai, id commision Ninja to do all my "updates"
Man, this is why i wait on reviews now. I just cant afford a $300 to $400 spend on a figure with a possible "issues.".....not anymore.

Man that’s bad I mean if it’s accessories that fall off easily but major joint separating that’s occurring with others is a damn shame. Contemplated getting this one too. So this one, mospeada and Baikanfu has issues. Makes me wonder what Gravion will be considering it’s a combiner.

So you get double hit.

If a regular guy can solve this with such a simple piece I think someone at sentinel is doing their job more than poorly... I have the figure but I have avoided to play with it, I'm afraid of that damm waist (I'm not very patient when it comes to fixing things...)

dont they have some one to test the FINAL product ?
i mean this is not just pieces falling, this is a clean break that you have to reattached over and over again
when i pay + $300 on a figure i want it to be perfect, you just cant ask the premium price for something that will break
Bandai did it with Mazinkaiser and now Sentinel with Shin Getter (not sure about their Mazinkaiser)
this is really stupid thing to do for us as collectors and as customers

It is frustrating. Shouldnt be this way. DX Great Mazinger is flawless. So I know companies can do it.
But Some might say, hey Man, Ferraris and Audis break down ALL the time too?" But how YOU going to explain about Porsche? One of the most reliable cars on the road... Now theyre worth the premium price tag....i wouldnt know as ill never afford one but still.

I've been thinking past few days. We spending around $300-500 a month on some of these items. Fact some of these items have QC issues makes me think That's like car payment on a car I don't really need but least others can enjoy it.
I guess that’s advantage buying from bbts or amazon. You can return the item for refund.

Easiest fix when it splits in half, loop a shoelace behind the joint and pull the shoelace to pop it back on. Had to do it 10 times already, its holding up, but it cannot be "played" with.

This bums me out. I like Sentinel designs a lot. But this release and the Baikanfu paint issues give me the impression they are rushing stuff out before it's ready. I'm assuming the huge success of their Mazinkaiser has put added pressure on them, but this is no excuse. Given their high price point, I'd be less apt to take the gamble. Which stinks when it comes to their upcoming Grendizer. I know that is going to sell out on pre-orders instantly, but I'm going to have to wait til after release and a good number of reviews before moving on any Sentinel product in the future.

It is a bummer, but it's still an amazing piece. I'm really happy to have it. I fixed mine, though. Modified the ball joint in the torso, works perfectly now.
