This was already mentioned a while back(last August I think) but I figured it might be worth mentioning again.
The Max Gokin Genesic Gaogaigar reissue is still on.
Please click for larger image(thanks to Bizzio for the original pic he posted last August, 2006).
I wrote an Email last week to Maxfactory regarding their reissue Genesic Gaogaigar Max Gokin through their website. Surprisingly they replied and reconfirmed the reissue. It looks like the Max Gokin GGGG will be reissued this summer 2007.
Sadly no, I asked if they were planning any other releases and they only replied that only the GGGG is scheduled for a 2007 release. Nothing else is planned for 2007 from the Max Gokin line. I'm not sure if they will reissue the Green and Gold Versions of the GGGG but it looks doubtful.
On a side note, Good Smile Company and Max Factory are now connected somehow(the email noted the sender's email with "Good smile Company/Max Factory"). With Good Smile Company coming out with their first Chogokin, the Tachikoma Good Smile Gokin, it makes me wonder if this is the line that's going to replace the Max Gokin brand?
This is quite good news, i was looking for it but it was quite rare so the prices were very high. I hope it won't be too expensive. How does it compare to CMS' GGGG ?
The price on the card in the photo says 18690Yen, Almost $200.
As for comparison with the CMs GGGG, well, it's more stable and comes with a cool display base. The biggest things to look out for were the super, insanely tight groin joints and how easily the tail breaks on the original Max Gokin release. I hope they fix the problem in the reissue.
I'm also hoping for a meaning to the reissue, maybe the new OVA/Movie/sequel to the GGG Final will also air at the time of the reissue? Hehe, just wishful thinking. ;D
$200 for this is not very expensive considering the first release will run you $300 or more in some places. I think I paid that much for mine. I try to forget such memories! LOL
i also have those pretty "memories"... paid my GX-02R for almost $180.. my GX-03 for $200, my GX(s) evangelion for $90+ each.. the only memories that comforts me was my purchase of the maxfactory mazinkaiser for $130 ;D ;D ;D

Be careful on who you trust and who you listen to...
KumaStyle.com (TJ): Oh definitely. I think that there are a number of times where KOs do it better especially since they come out later and have the opportunity to rectify stuff the officially made mistakes on,

KumaStyle.com (TJ): I don't know how into transformers you are but the NeoArt Toys Beast Muscle Leonidas absolutely destroys the quality of the original PerfectEffect releases and even has an Eva 01 inspired variant. I try to support the original when I can but I'm not

KumaStyle.com (TJ): going to sacrifice quality for the sake of it. I'm with you.

getterjehuty: yeah I agree with you. Quality should be high importance. I actually love FansToys products. and Yes, I do prefer Fanstoys over takara tomy.a bit controversial but I like the die cast and the accuracy of fanstoys.

KumaStyle.com (TJ): It's a fair statement. The MP official line has been a q.c. dice roll for years and I feel like MP-44 was such a big release that no one could avoid that elephant in the room anymore after it turned out to be a mess but I'm glad the community is

getterjehuty: Isn't the Perfec Effect Leonidas have loose joint legs?
May 4, 2020 16:41:22 GMT -5
KumaStyle.com (TJ): at a point where they are vocal about it... and the PerfectEffect Leonidases literally have a loose everything. Even if they're half decent out of the box they seem to just go to heck sitting on a shelf after a bit and unfortunately it's pretty universal.

getterjehuty: THis is my opinion but the issues of mp-44 are the knees and the paint. You have to be really careful or the paint will scratch. It is near the abdomen area side.

getterjehuty: I need to ask, KumaStyle. What is your favorite EX Gokin Fewture Robot?
May 4, 2020 16:45:29 GMT -5
KumaStyle.com (TJ): I agree on the issues and those compounded with how incohesive the aesthetic is compared to the third party offerings that came out around the whole time was just.... ugh. Ref EX Gokin: That's a tough call and I honestly don't really think I have a

KumaStyle.com (TJ): favorite in terms of look and quality because it was a very consistent line for me in that regard but if someone put a gun to my head and said choose now I'd probably go with the original release Getter Dragon. I think it has
