Gold, you forgot to mention that GaoFighGar obliterates the evil Star GaoGaiGar in the "Final" OVA. A very good fight IMHO... LONG LIVE GAOFIGHGAR!!!! }D Hehe, I decided to leave that fight out since it would just confuse someone new to the Gaogaigar universe, but yeah, I totally agree it was one of the best fights in the series. Yeah, I think the fact that they actually give dates then change them is more annoying than just saying "it'll be here this month"

HLJ now has GGGG marked as a January release, but Amazon Japan still has the release marked for 12/25... this may be because HLJ will be closed for the holidays or something I'm guessing and reopen after the Japanese new year celebrations. Whatever the case it's a pain in the butt.

I don't know what is up with Max Factory but they seem to have a hard time getting their best products out. I've been waiting for the Archangel figure for close to two years now, and I would not be surprised if their Dancouga Nova doesn't come out until next Christmas. Max Factory seems to show prototypes and early product pics waaaaaay before anything ever happens. With the way Max Factory has been going I wouldn't be surprised if much anticipated products like Archanfel maybe never come out?

Yeah its strange that their gokin and full action lines take so long to come out when their girl figures come out in like 3-4 months after the prototype is shown. Its probably because more sculptors do girl figures than robot or action figure sculpts... probably also because the production techniques for the PVC's are much easier to handle, especially with MF's track record. But I've been a MF customer since 94 and they've always had great quality stuff, so I'm willing to cut them a little slack, I just hope I don't have to cut them much more...

Hi Folks,
I was looking at HLJ and I noticed that GGGG has now a release date for the month of January. I don't know if this because they won't ship because of holiday or because it is delayed again.
I don't mind delay if they will make it perfect......plus it will easy my wallet for Christmas.

Probably. Amazon Japan still lists the release date as 12/26 but I wouldn't be surprised if a few places got their shipments by now.

He's calling it version 3 so he must mean the third release. The best way to find out is e-mail him and ask him if it comes with the three new hands. |
