I am not even familiar with Banzai Tron... Is he worth anything? Those situations often turn out to be money losing ... keep him for $25 but might only be able to sell him for $30 and then pay $10 in shipping and fees netting me a $5 loss still.

Understand. I'm just suggesting another option which I felt was way safer and also cheaper than sending it back for a claim. You go check how much he's worth under ebay's sold listing, take the lowest sold pricing and suggest that to the seller. That should be a safe bet. I am not even familiar with Banzai Tron... So yeah I am getting screwed on this one. eBay decided in my favor, costing me $14.30 to return the item to get my refund. Left the seller BAD feedback.
Everyone avoid BLADE_KID on ebay!!!
Guess I learned my lesson. Don't buy from the cheapest seller on ebay, they always screw you. If anyone has any ideas on how to solve this without costing me $14.30 I am all ears. Worst part ... this was supposed to be my birthday gift from the check my aunt sent me.

Actually eBay buyer protection has the seller coved the shipping charges. Wierd. U had to pay Only the original shipping. Not your return shipping. At least with this particular seller. My problem is that it's not like the item was different condition than described or that I was unhappy with the item. It was he sent the entirely wrong item. Any normal store would remedy that by sending the right item and either letting me keep the wrong one or give me a prepaid label to return the item they incorrectly sent. It just sucks that its across the world and that means its ridiculously expensive for me to send it back. So making sure you send the right item in the first place is kinda essential. I didn't trust the seller to ship a replacement especially after he wanted me to prematurely close the case. He would end up with both his item and my money.

Anywhere in South America is not the most secure place to ship to. Cross your fingers that you don't lose out. I hope the stuff you shipped was not too expensive.

All,
I pre-ordered all three fewture Getters from David Oaks from ToyFreakz.com He his no longer returning my emails, his website is down and also his store and mobile store phone numbers have been disconnected.
Does anyone have any experience with this reseller?
I'm concerned that I've been ripped off.
