Hello, I have a very bad negative feedback for a buyer in eBay! I bout from him MetalTech Gin Gin back in 20.Feb.2013 and it was listed as Pre-Order! When the figure released I sent to him a message and he keeps delaying me! Here is his name cashmoneys$$$$$ he is a French eSeller ... and this is his profile page on eBay www.ebay.com/usr/cashmoneys$$$$$What I saw from his negative feedback that he put things for Pre-Order and never ship them once they come out in the market! Below is my original message to this dishonest seller and I'll let you all decide if you consider this an extortion. Good thing we have this negative feedback thread to warn other members. If you had successful transaction with this seller previously then good for you that yours went well.
Sorry Bruce, as much as I don't want it, but I have no choice but to place my negative feedback and off you go to our forum's negative transactions. It's my first time to give a negative feedback because I'm giving the seller chance to communicate first for one reason - being not so familiar with the item he's selling. But this time, the defects seems obvious by physical inspection and it's no brainier. If only you were honest and put everything in the listing. Anyway, like what I've said, shipping it back is not an option because of the expensive shipping cost, packing materials and hassle so Daimos will be going to the donation box so he will no longer remind me of this unfortunate incident. I hope I hear your side within the day before I place my feedback. Thanks.

Dont waste your time selling to this clown named cowboyx he has been emailing me and kicking teh tires about a poster since oct.31st,2 months!every email is are there tears?or folds?then he asks me to hold and doesnt get back for days or even weeks,then asks if its my final price!!a month later,like Im holding an auction!several emails later,then asks if I have other posters instead,and if its cheaper without the frame blah blahblah You who have dealt with me,know Im one of the good guys,when i have my time wasted by clowns,I let it be known.dont waste your time.

Beware of Ebay seller clarence_24 from Italy. I purchased several Go Nagai Collection figures from him and asked for combined shipping. He said it was $35 USD for Air Mail, and $60 USD for EMS. I paid him the $60 USD to use EMS shipping Service, and he turned around and shipped them Air Mail - scamming $25 off the shipping. And this is the reason why I HATE buying anything from Italy! A large chunk of Italian sellers will screw you in a heartbeat. I am contacting Paypal to see if they can get me a partial refund for the shipping difference. But I have to wait until the box gets here... IF it gets here at all... }[

Stay away from Italian online store JAPANWORLD ITALY! I preordered the ZPro Kotetsu Jeeg from them when it became available for pre-order several months ago, and pre-paid in full with EMS express shipping option - which was much more expensive than Registered Air Mail shipping. Well, turns out they just shipped it Registered Air Mail and kept the full amount I paid for EMS. I am going to dispute this with my credit card to see if Capital One can help, but I wanted to give the members here a heads up on this shady store. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I am having an issue with Anime-Export. I ordered 2 of the Arcadia Macross stands, they shipped one. So I have emailed them repeatedly to get the second one I already paid for and I am getting no reply. Any idea on how to get them to respond?

Just send a dozen or so emails IN A ROW just keep forwarding same email they will respond,if they dont then contact Paypal or Credit Card if they dont answer.Erika must not work there anymore she used to respond to every email,havent gotten any back last 2 times I emailed them..

impactorg9 (Gabriel Cano, ebay user name: Gabecan1994, TFW2005 user name: UltraMangoes) well deserves negative feedback.
We agreed on a transaction and I sent him money through paypal on May 8th and he promised me to ship on May 13th. May 14 he told me he could not find a big enough box. May 18, he wanted to know whether it was fine to ship in more than 1 box. May 20 he told me that he would ship by the end of the week. May 24 he told me he was too busy to ship. May 26 he told me he was about to stop by Fedex and May 28 he asked for my email address so he could send me a copy of the tracking number. May 30 he told me that he sent me an email that I never received.
Apologize for the boring story but I will get my money back anyway. So there is no monetary loss to me. It is just a waste of my time.

I urge everyone to stay away from Nin-ningame.com or anything they have under that name. During my desperation in trying to find the armored valk I ordered through these guys. Close to release I found it for half of what they charged me. So I told them to cancel. They responded by asking why am I cancelling and that there would be 10% charge. I said cancel anyway because I found it cheaper. They said refund would be done within 15 days. This was 09/22. So I wrote to them and no response. Tagged them on Facebook, no response. So I opened up Paypal dispute no response..
So thats pretty much what you can expect from them luckily for me I was able to file claim with credit card. Im sure they have completed transactions i the past but for this to happen means they dont give a crap about honoring refunds or when there is an issue. Stay away. Youve been warned.

Im disappointed with the level of service with AE....
My latest shippment had a horrible gash that went right through the packing box then to one of the toy box. Effectively rendering the collectors toy box worthless. Part of the damage incurrred due to a lack of cushion. All AE did was wrap four toy boxes in one thin sheet of bubble wrap...and nothing else. AE says it cant be responsible for that.....I also had a qc issue with one of the toys i bought from them and they just said they will forward the photo to the manufacturer...a lazy bare minium customer service. If you can even call it that. Here's their response to my two issues i stated above, the packaging and the QC on one of the toys they sell.

The email seems fair and legit on the outside albeit cold,, but if you read between the lines.... All they want to do is pass the buck around....they wont take reponsibility for anything it seems, because its not their problem as she clearly indicated. No apology anywhere. a stark contrast from Amazon. I been with AE for years and year, using them as THE goto store...and they are not there when i need them the most. Did any of you know they had this policy of having an option for a better protection for more shipping pay? This is a complete news to me....

same here bro lately AE become a very awful store sadly like you they were my place to go i always check them first but since Erika left and that new girl took her place they became really really awful SAME damage box case happened to me i bought a new item from them the shipping box was damage and the toy box was damage i contact them but they didn't reply back also i have a problem with one of my items some parts are missing long story short i asked PayPal to step in and they are giving till 18th of this month to reply, well guess what they didn't replay back so far and thats PayPal not a customer for the better protection they dont have that option as far as i know, the better protection come stander with EMS kindly how did you contact them ? i contact them through every possible way you can imagine but they didnt reply back
