If you find an extra one contact me . I had to pass on the toy due to priorities. -snif Ed I'll let you know if I find an extra one but I think the chances of that are extremely low. I've been collecting for almost 11 years now and this is the first Godfighter I had ever seen. All the same, I'll let you know if I come across another one.

Who are those two massive combiner robots in this Microman pic?: usera.imagecave.com/Garvy/Dsc00609-copy.jpg They're gorgious. No takara collection is complete without a Great Robot Base. Nice What are the two rocket launch bases? Man, you're making me want to get into Microman...

woah dude you have deep pockets dude.. I'm so jealous! Not so deep as you probably think. This collection was built up over the course of 11 years, so its not as though the vintage stuff was purchased recently. Besides, I've seen other collections here that are far more expensive despite the fact that said collectors may have fewer pieces. The Diaclone stuff is very expensive! I guess I've just been lucky. Thanks for looking! Garvy

Nice What are the two rocket launch bases? Man, you're making me want to get into Microman... the two combiner robots are Microman issues. They are Robotman Dean and Robotman Endeavor. Yup, they're pretty cool! The rocket bases too are interesting. The black one is a Microman issue whereas the blue one is actually a transformers issue. Takara just re-used the old TF mold and repainted it for a later Microman release. The shuttle you see piggybacking on the rocket of the blue rocketbase is a vintage 1978 Takara Micro Hoodman Micronasa. As I always say, its never too late to begin collecting a different line of toys. In my case though, the reason why I focused on these is because most of the toys I played with as a kid were made by Takara (Diaclone, Microman) so there really is a historically based love of these toys!

When I was a lot younger, I had the GRB, the Fortress Robot X, the Cosmo Roller, Dia-Train, Dia-Attacker, Dia-Battles, Battle Buffalo, and a whole lot of car-robos, etc... Everything was sold during garage sales! Aaarrrghhhhh.....the horror! I had to start from scratch all over again.

Everything was sold during garage sales! ERRGGGHHH! (starts choking sportatically). If it makes you feel any better, my mother accidentally threw out all of my toys when I was 7 or 8. That's probably why I'm so obsessed with them now. I didn't have any vintage Diaclone at the time, though.

I know that a lot of collectors share that same experience in varying forms. It just boggles my mind to think about how much money I would have saved had I retained possession of my original collection.

yes, you especially. Most of mine were quite beaten up, and while I wish I still had my near-complete He-Man, Thundercats, Silverhawks, and TMNT collections, I think of all the other cool series that missing my old toys caused me to discover. I would guess that my old toys had an ebay resale value of approx. $600. My new collection (1999 and on) is definitely worth a lot more than that.
