I guess because most of the active and older members use this section overall, so it is the best way for everyone to see it and be aware... (I understand it belong to other thread but I guess it was an important issue and we were trying to warn most of the members)

View AttachmentNin nin is a solid seller, I have bought from them in the past …. They are a pretty decent store to get figures. They like to practice the ol’ sold out in sought after items but they later reappear later (with a mark up). 🤷🏻♂️ |

this is going out of hand, alot of people told me that Nin are the new NY which is not true remember both sites coexistent since ever
for me Nin Nin is very slow (DEAD SLOW) it take them SIX MONTHS to ship a simple figure so i dont want to deal with unless they are the last place ever

I had same issue with S_Gokin.
NNG is super slow but they are legit.
They had a warehouse move recently which made it even worse.
Something that released in Sept/Oct finally reached me before Christmas.
Not only that, but from the time I paid the shipping invoice for DHL, to the time the item physically shipped out was 2 weeks.
After that, the package arrived in 3 days.

With all the negative review and comment about Nippon Yasan, I never had issue with them, all my previous orders went smoothly including the recent DX VOLTES. Luckily.. I don't have any pending order before they went down.

Same here, I used to buy all my tamashii web exclusives from them during, but during the Start of the pandemic I stopped buying from them due to financial issues. It seems the problems started there. I really feel sorry for many bros that lost money there, and most of the time you will be missing not only money but also a figure you have to get at a higher value in the aftermarket so it's a big loss... |

I had order Fewture Getter Poseidon Liger and Poseidon from them (and paid for it all up front). But I was late on paying my shipping fees and they sold my figures.  ...Luckily, they refund my money. But I was very unhappy to say the least. After that I never bought anything from them again. I appreciate us here to discuss which shops are reliable to do business with. Like other RJ bro say and from my regular work. We need to take into the account "Total Cost of Ownership"... Price+ Shipping Terms + Flexibility of doing business (customer service/communication)+Shipping Options + Import Fees + Sales Taxes + Misc Handling. |

I got hurt bad by N-Y. A few POs that add up to around a grand, but all old orders so can't file dispute at Paypal anymore. It sucks, but I just move on and not let it bother me.

You shouldn't give up. It's well documented about nipon. Call PayPal and ask them to review your case with nipon. If they say they can't help ask to have your case escalated. I had a problem with nipon a long time ago. PayPal ruled in nipon favor. I called and asked for my case to be escalated. Then I got all my money back. Be firm with them. Let them know if they can't help you will start using credit cards with better protection. You should be able to get all or at least some of your money back. It's your money. You did not receive what you paid for. I would fight it if I were you. I also ink a discover card to my PayPal and use that instead of my bank account. Discover never gives me a hard time even more than a year of making a purchase. |

It wad redirected to Nin-nin but ninnin claimed they have nothing to do with nipon. My guess is Nippon was trying to screw ninnin? Who knows. |

I only bought from NNG about 2-3 times tops...but, yeah, that was always my impression that they were affiliated. Dunno. My go-tos now are Anime-Export, Amazon Japan, HLJ, AmiAmi, CD Japan, and LunaPark when buying from a Japanese vendor. |
